This has a extremely similar art to quintessential quintuplets and vibe. Very generic girls and situation so far, hasn't done anything bad per say as of the time of writing this but its just....fine for now, I see others rating this a 10 which I find hilarious but I guess everyone really does have different taste eh. The girls have very generic archetypes but will most likely be more fleshed out as the story progressing but you have bog standard tsundere, big tit air head and one that has a bit more character I guess she is what you call an imouto or something like ... more touchy with the mc but she also is shown to be very athletic so we may see that side of her come out more.

TL:DR is very new and doesn't have any sort of standout beginning so I can't give it a high rating but if you like quintuplets you may like a this by what others have said and the very similar themes between characters.

I always had this manga and my to read but never got around to it but after I watched the first episode of the anime, I had to read the manga as I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next and before I knew it I was chapter 98 within the first night of reading it unable to contain my excitement to read more the next day, this is one of the best rides in a manga I've had and my favorite shounen manga I've read and I don't particularly like shounen battle manga.

Characters- This is one of, if not the ... most important thing to me when experiencing any medium, if I dont like or find too many characters boring, one note, overly tropey and most of all annoying I will won't enjoy it all, so I can proudly say this has an amazing cast of characters. You won't just end up having one favorite, you will end up favoring many. Also Takemitchi is a "crybaby protagonist" done
absolute right, he reminds me of young Naruto without the contradictory actions/plot contrivances, you will always be rooting for him. I despise characters deku, so I was surprised that even though he cries a lot it didn't annoy me even once.

Art- the art is amazing, the character design are super unique and the characters are dripped out, fashion in this manga reminds of how different It feels when in anime for characters to look cool in clothes and not some cartoony costumes and the same high school uniforms. The art expressive and I never misunderstood what was going on in a panel.

Enjoyment-10/10 what can I say. Enjoyment is subjective but if you look at my list you will find what I enjoy and I've already explained in my first paragraph how enjoyed I was reading it.

Story- I think the story is incredible. Every time he goes back and forth into the future it may seem redundant at first but when It is explained why with context of the arc that happens after he goes back will make you say "ok I see why now". The MC always felt to me like he was progressing, some say he doesn't grow but I think its obvious that one of this manga's themes is that not fighting alone that makes someone strong, its their will to never give up and care for others.

Short review

-the characters are weird In a bad way in the beginning through to the middle

-the pacing is awful and the plot is almost nonexistent the only real story was the beginning and after chapter 65

-the setting is basic, the storytelling and stylistic approach is extremely abstract

-I'm not sure but I think the story tries to portray mental illness, which if so, is done very poorly. You hear that this manga "breaks people" but I didn't feel any sad emotion from this or any like pity for any characters, basically I didn't feel anything except for pure confusion for bulk of the story ... and Im usually able to tell what something is trying to say/portray.

-If u dislike bitchy MC, that cry a lot akin to deku, your not gonna enjoy this guy, one of his main traits is that he is a momma's boy with a lot of incesty moments, his character doesn't change much until the chapters I've mentioned above.

-the art is fantastic

-the story gets muchhhhh better after about chapter 65 when we start getting answers into the characters perspectives and how they feel, everything until around chapter 65 feels like your reading something on shrooms. I felt like I wasting my time reading everything between like chapter 20-64 and that it could've been condense into 20 or so chapters.

All of this is my opinion btw. If you are reading this review your are most likely into dark, psychological manga so I would refer to shounen no abyss or oyasumi punpun which is far better at portraying characters and plot progression.
