One of the strongest points of World Trigger's first season is its focus on strategy. Unlike many action anime, where brute force or the power of friendship often take center stage, each battle here feels like a chess game. The unique abilities of the Triggers and the need to plan each move make the fights true mental challenges, where winning requires much more than simple strength. I find this to be one of the series' most appealing aspects.
