I’m going to be honest, I haven’t finished the anime (I watched until ep 11, but I know what comes after it, so the review is complete) because I don’t think that It deserves it. This show is made just to bring tears to people, and I would be okay with it if it made sense, but it doesn’t. Let me explain;
The premise is quite simple: A company called SAI is the first (and only) company able to make Giftias (androids with human souls), these androids breathe, eat, pee and (probably also) poop. Calling them androids doesn’t make sense at all, they are biological androids.
...
They bleed and they have real skin. In fact, their eyes are also biological (there isn’t any confirmation, but an event in the show makes me think that). Well, after reading all of this you are probably asking yourself a question. Why did you say all that? Simple; The only thing that makes them different from regular humans is the fact that their lifespan is only 81,920 hours (9 years and 4 months), and that time limit hasn’t been prolonged since the invention of them, that was around 20 years ago. Now you probably think: Why? Why do androids that have been existing for 20 years are still limited to dying only 9 years after they are born? Well, there isn’t any reason, and THAT’S my problem with this anime. They don’t explain anything (I’m not exaggerating). The only “explanations” are extremely shallow as if they were made for a 5 year-old kid. They never properly explain anything, and they NEVER try to fix any of the problems. Not a single character in the show is really concerned about the fact that their robot friends (that are treated as humans because they have a human soul) have an extremely short time to enjoy life, when the main character shows a bit of concern and ask his coworker if there is a chance of androids retaining their memories he is proven wrong, and instead of investigating a way of fixing the problem he just acts like the rest of the characters and just assumes that there is nothing that he can do.
I can’t bring myself to suffer for a character if the world where the character is living is a emotion-torturing-hell and everyone is okay with it. The worst part (For me) is that there are no explanations of why the world is like that.
If you are okay with a painful story with zero context then this is for you, but if you have the minimum interest in the world, and not just in the characters then this is not for you. Here goes my review:
A) WRITING: 20/50
1. Story (5/15)
2. Plot (8/15)

I’m gonna say it loud and clear; Oshi no ko is a masterpiece, It’s a MUST watch, it’s the first anime that might get a perfect score from me (I always write the summary before the objective calcification), believe me, you have to watch it. I keep trying to think of something bad about it, something to point out, but there’s nothing. The truth is that the summary here in MAL doesn’t describe the anime In the slightest. The story, plot, characters, art, sound, songs and (specially) intro are all amazing. This is one of the anime that gives you depression after it’s over because
...
it’s so good that you can’t find something on the same level.
Sorry if I sounded like a crazy fan, but I strongly believe that this show deserves this much praise. After this lies my objective review, I won’t be specific about anything to avoid spoilers.
Please avoid spoiling yourself on the internet, don’t ruin this amazing experience.
A) WRITING: 50/50 PS
1. Story (15/15)
Perfect, I know that I sound like a crazy fan, but it’s true. This is very close (If not in the same level) as the story of famous anime like Attack on Titan. The mystery, the slice of life moments, the emotional moments and a lot more that I don’t want to spoil makes this a fourteen out of fifteen. Another important thing is how original it is, believe me, you have never watched anything similar, given how much anime exists, this is something VERY hard to do. For that reason this deserves an extra point, that makes this a fifteen out of fifteen, a perfect score for the story.
2. Plot (15/15)
All the events feel right and there isn't any deus ex machina. I would love to say a lot more, but everything would be a spoiler, so you will have to trust me here. (You can always watch the anime and find out for yourself)
3. Characters (20/20)
There are characters you love, characters you hate, and characters that you never mind at all. Every one of them does their job perfectly. Even if some parts of some characters might be a bit generic on the surface it doesn’t matter because in this show all the characters are 3D (they have depth in their personality). Their actions are justified by their backstories, and everyone feels like watching real humans, something that most anime don’t accomplish. Lastly we have character development. There is a LOT of it and it doesn’t feel rushed.
B) ANIMATION: 30/30 PS
4. Art (20/20)
The art of this anime is something else, both animations and backgrounds are done perfectly, the artist has a special ability to make eyes extremely expressive, and you really feel like some characters have a soul. (You will understand when you watch)
5. Sound (10/10)
I’m not going to give explanations, just search “yoasobi idol english version” (or just yoasibi idol for the japanese ver) on youtube (I recommend watching it before and after episode one). Did you watch it? Well, that masterpiece is the complete version of the opening.
C) PERSONAL: 20/20 PS
6. Quality Consistency (5/5)
The quality is maintained throughout all the season,
8. Episodes worth watching (5/5)
All episodes are worth watching.
9. Enjoyment (10/10)
My soul demands more of this, and yours will too after you watch it.
FINAL SCORE: 100/100
PERFECT SCORE!

This is an amazing romance manga! All of the reviews regarding this manga are pretty bland because they were made (at least at the moment) taking into account only the first forty to sixty chapters, and the reality is that this is a slow but amazing romance story. It’s true that it's a bit generic, but this story has something special: The fact that it was able to entertain me for 117 chapters without boring me a single time! It’s true that their relationship advances slowly, but unlike most romance mangas the progress is distributed evenly between almost all chapters, when normally when the progress
...
is low because: 1) There are a ton of unnecessary filler episodes in between that are there just to make the manga longer. 2) There is a lot of drama regarding misunderstandings and stuff like that with the purpose of slowing down the relationship between the main characters, with (again) the purpose of making the manga longer. 3) The manga focuses a lot on the relationships between secondary characters.
This is the first long romance manga that has been able to stay entertaining without resorting to any of the methods mentioned above, and I found it amazing. This is a 100% recommended read if you like simple romcoms, but be warned that the start is slow, the mangaka really takes its time to build the relationships, so don’t expect a romance until you reach around chapter 70+. With that being said, here goes my review:
A) WRITING: [42/50]
1. Story (13/15)
The story is as simple as it can get, just a girl that wants to hang out with a loner guy (at least it’s like that at the beginning). That being said, it doesn’t resort to any methods mentioned above to stay entertaining and even if it’s your typical romance plot that doesn’t make it bad. Not every manga has to have a story and plot as deep as Attack on Titan (just an example) to be good, and this is the perfect example. Even if it isn’t a deep story, it's very good, because it tells you just what it has to.
2. Plot (12/15)
Again the plot is simple, but it changes over time. Don’t expect any plot twist or anything fancy, it’s just a funny and simple rom complot.
3. Characters (17/20)
This is one of the best points, even if there isn’t much character development for the support cast the development of the main characters makes up for it. Also, the characters are so well made (even if they are quite common) that they are just funny and they don’t require development at all. Also due to being quite a lot of secondary characters, they rotate a lot between each chapter avoiding overusing them and thus keeping them entertaining. Also, the dad of Uzaki is one of the funniest characters that I’ve seen in a romcom!
B) ART: [21/30]
4. Characters (12/15)
The art is very simple (maybe too simple), but it does the job. Besides, I think it's because the art is so simple that there are so many chapters, so it’s not a bad thing at all. But even with that that isn’t a valid excuse to give the art a twelve, so. Why is it that high? Well, it’s thanks to the hilarious expressions that Uzaki’s dad does. (That and some extra expressions that are funny asf) The mangaka has a great ability of drawing emotions, and it’s thanks to that that this is one of the funniest romcoms that I’ve stumbled upon.
5. Backgrounds (9/15)
The backgrounds are simple and they match with the characters art style.
C) PERSONAL: [19/20]
6. Quality Consistency (4/5)
The quality is conserved throughout the manga, and it improves over time.
8. Chapters worth reading (5/5)
I recommend reading the whole manga (right now the last chapter published in english is chapter number 177).
9. Enjoyment (10/10)
I really enjoyed this so far, I really recommend this if you like simple romcomics.

If you are searching for a wholesome, well made, short and complete romance then this is for you! It’s been a while since I have stumbled upon a manga as good as this. This is a must read if you are into romances! It's short, so it won’t take much of your time to read, so you should definitely give it a shot! Here goes my review:
A) WRITING: [46/50]
1. Story (14/15)
The story is short, but in a good way, it tells you what it has to do and it does it well. None of the chapters are boring and the ending is perfect.
...
2. Plot (14/15)
A great plot, all the events feel authentic, and the evolution of the relationships between the main characters and support cast felt natural.
3. Characters (18/20)
Both main characters and secondary ones are perfect, due to the story being short you don’t get to know any character (besides the main ones) very well, but that’s probably for the best since there’s no need for that in this story. In summary: the characters that have to be hated achieve that and the same can be said with the ones that we’re supposed to like, no relationship feels rushed and the main female character goes through a bit of character development throughout the story, meanwhile the main male character was already developed before the story started, so it doesn’t go through any development, but it’s okay since there’s no need. Lastly since we never get a close look at any of the secondary characters we don’t see any sort of development from them.
B) ART: [18/30]
4. Characters (10/15)
The art is good, it does the job well but it’s nothing incredible.
5. Backgrounds (8/15)
The backgrounds are very simple and they don’t appear in half the panels. Again, it doesn’t matter at all because it does the job.
C) PERSONAL: [20/20]
6. Quality Consistency (5/5)
The quality is maintained throughout the manga.
8. Chapters worth reading (5/5)
I recommend a full reading.
9. Enjoyment (10/10)
I enjoyed everything, especially the ending.

I really liked this manga, I loved all the characters and I really thought that nothing could go wrong. All it took for me to drop this was the freaking chapter 15, I dont know If I will finish the series, because it was a cool manga but it turned bad so fast that I can't trust any sort of character development after this, I won't spoil mutch, all I will say is that you will hate oogami, and It's reallly sad, how can one sigle chapter leave me with such a bad taste, this is so bad that It kinda throws off all the
...
previous chapters. Here is my (quick revew), If someday I decide to read the rest, I will update the review, and give more details.
A) WRITING: [21/50]
1. Story (7/15)
It was great until they became a couple, then it started slowing down, and in chapter fourteen and fifteen went downhill pretty fast. If the mangaka wanted us to hate oogami to our very souls, he did a great job. However, if that wasn't the intention, then they should quit.
2. Plot (4/15)
All the events and character actions make sense until characters fourteen and fifteen, then in just two chapters it all goes to hell. (I will take into consideration the fact that the other chapters weren’t bad, but I can’t ignore the fact that these two chapters were able to make me drop a manga that I was enjoying.
3. Characters (10/20)
Again, all the characters are decent, both support cast and main ones. But in chapter fourteen it all goes south when they introduce to us a horrible character, and turn a cool character into a horrible one too, as if it wasn’t enough.
B) ART: [19/30]
4. Characters (9/15)
(Nothing to point out)
5. Backgrounds (10/15)
(Nothing to point out)
C) PERSONAL: [2/20]
6. Quality Consistency (0/5)
The quality was great at the start, after chapter nine it went down but it was still decent, however, after the two chapters that I have mentioned a lot of time the manga changed direction completely, and NOT in a good way.
8. Chapters readed (2/5)
I read until chapter fifteen.
9. Enjoyment (0/10)
It’s amazing how two chapters can ruin something to such level that I wanted to quit reading the manga.

I will go straight to the point, I DO NOT recommend this, I repeat, DON’T watch it. I usually review mangas that are worth the effort. This manga is not the case. The only reason I’m reviewing this is to prevent you from wasting your time. The reason not to watch it? Simple, you know the main duo? Y’know, the two most important characters; the characters that are the fu*i*g foundation of the manga. Well, their progress with the relationship goes like this: Chapters 1-3 (progress, seems like a good and promising manga) Chapters 4-35 (there Isn’t any progress, just boring side stories to extend
...
the manga. It’s fine to extend the manga with side stories, but USE ALSO THE MAIN STORY!!!!!!!) Chapter 36 (last half, finally they start dating, out of the blue because there wasn’t any progress at all). I hate when mangas have a ton of crappy filler to extend the story, but I can bear with it. Now this is different, this is just pure filler, there is no story to extend, If you are looking for a romance where the 2 MCs are involved, this is NOT FOR YOU! Almost every anime has more romance involving the mc (I mean action-adventure ones), even if romance isn’t a tag in the anime. Don’t watch this, it’s just a waste of time. Here goes my (Quick) review:
A) WRITING: [13/50]
1. Story (5/15)
Trash, pure sidestory, It would be fine if we had more main story, but since all we got were 3 and a half chapters it doesn’t work out. I don't understant why this is labeled as a romcom, because there isn't any (Decent) comedy. Also, there should add the drama tag, because there are 32 episodes dedicated to the drama and just 4 to the actual relationship.
2. Plot (3/15)
Pure deus ex machina, every time there is going to be any sort of progress in the story, the fu**ing gods of the plot ruin everything. Maybe it is someone interrupting them, or the mc being as dense as wolframium (the densest element of the periodic table), or a misinterpretation.
3. Characters (5/20)
We have a dense mc that is a kid, so it’s okay. Then we have a “perfect girl” as the female mc, she will confess to the mc a total of two times, and then she will just give up, preventing any progress until the last chapter. Then we have a lesbian girl who will ruin (and slow down) the relationship between the main characters because he likes the girl. This makes her one of the most annoying characters that I have ever seen. It gets worse when the fact that she is lesbian is revealed, because you realize that she was doing all of that on purpose.
B) ART: [15/30]
4. Characters (8/15)
A decent design.
5. Backgrounds (7/15)
Simple backgrounds, which are not so present since most drawings have a white background or a simple pattern.
C) PERSONAL: [9/20]
6. Quality Consistency (1/5)
The first three chapters were promising, but it went downhill after that.
8. Chapters readed (5/5)
Sadly for me, I had to read the whole f****** thing because I wanted to see the ending.
9. Enjoyment (3/10)
It had some good moments, but the fact that there is no progress with the main relationship kinda ruins it. I mean, they didn’t even kiss!
FINAL SCORE: 37/100

I’m really disappointed at all the people that rated bad this just because there is incest. I mean, you already knew what you were getting into. If Incest disgust you that mutch, then don’t read. Now, onto the introduction: This is one of the best romcom mangas that I have read, the characters are wholesomes, the support cast is great, the story and plot are simple, but they do a great job, the art is great and finally they do a great job with the incest theme. What do I mean by that? You see, most (I say most to avoid saying all) incest manga
...
are erotic and they never have a decent relationship, this in the only manga with this theme that does a great job! The story makes sense, neither sister nor brother are an obsessive yandere/tsundere and they have reasons to be in love. If you don’t find incest very disgusting, and you want a great romcom manga then this is for you. Here goes my review:
A) WRITING: [45/50]
1. Story (14/15)
A simple but wholesome story.
2. Plot (13/15)
A great plot, I love how the support characters find out about the relationship between the MCs. My only complaint would be that the ending it’s a bit rushed. I would have loved 3 or 4 more chapters dedicated to the ending, but since this is a dōjinshi it’s fine. (There is another manga dedicated to the after story, it's a oneshot so I will count it as an extra chapter)
3. Characters (18/20)
Great MCs and great support cast.
B) ART: [19/30]
4. Characters (10/15)
We have a simple but cute art for the characters. It's nothing amazing, but it does the job.
5. Backgrounds (9/15)
The backgrounds are also simple, and in a lot of cases there aren’t any since the characters cover almost all the image (In some cases there aren’t backgrounds just to save time I guess).
C) PERSONAL: [20/20]
6. Quality Consistency (5/5)
All the chapters are good.
8. Chapters readed (5/5)
Read the whole thing.
9. Enjoyment (10/10)
I really enjoyed this!

Cross Account isn’t a harem (I say this because some people that have read one or two episodes think so and they decided to not recommend this), and it may be pretty average, but I think that it doesn’t deserve a not recommended. That being said, this doesn’t deserve a recommended either because I really think that some parts of the story (and some actions/decisions of the characters) make zero sense. If you want a romance with a typical childhood friend + another girl this is for you. (Complaints about the story will be in the spoiler section, below all the review, you will see
...
a sign)
A) WRITING: [28/50]
1. Story (10/15)
Pretty average but not bad story, it’s short but it does a great job. That being said, the ending left me with mixed feelings. (I will elaborate in the spoiler section)
2. Plot (8/15)
Again, average plot. I really think that the ending doesn’t make sense, but at least the mangaka backed down (with an extra chapter, the 28.5) a little. If the extra chapter that I mentioned did not exist my calcification would have been a lot harsher.
3. Characters (10/20)
All the main characters do their job decently, but they are VERY generic, We have the typical loner (btw, the fact that the mc has a lot of followers isn’t relevant in the story in any way) as the male main character, then the typical actress that uses a mask in public cuz she is famous and lastly the childhood friend (with a big chest, It seems that that’s a must). None of them are original, and the support case is very forgettable. Also a lot of the decisions of both loner mc and actress mc don’t make sense. (I mean at the ending)
B) ART: [20/30]
4. Characters (8/15)
The characters look decent, but it’s nothing special.
5. Backgrounds (12/15)
The backgrounds look good and clean.
C) PERSONAL: [15/20]
6. Quality Consistency (4/5)
It’s good, but I really don’t understand the ending, it seems like the mangaka fu**ed up and then released an extra episode to try and fix it.
8. Chapters readed (5/5)
Read the whole thing.
9. Enjoyment (6/10)
I enjoyed this, but it wasn’t anything special, this manga is pretty average.
FINAL SCORE: 63/100

Complaints about the ending:
My number one complain is the attitude of the actress mc at the ending, she clearly didn’t liked acting at all and she only wanted a normal life, his mother literally said: “You were born for acting” and forced her to be an actress since her childhood and when her mother says that she can finally be free and that she can do whatever she wants with her life she says that she is “thankful” for the “wonderful dream” that his mother gave her. It doesn’t matter how you look at it, it doesn’t make any sense. Why did she forgave her mother, who had a cold attitude since she was a little kid? Come on, she literally said that the only reason she wanted her daughter to be an actress is because herself wasn’t able to become one! The actress mc had a perfect excuse to have a normal life with the person she loves. So as any normal and mentally sane person would do, she quitted acting, went to highschool and had a normal life! Right? NO! For some reason she decided to abandon japan and just like that she went to hollywood! WHAT A COOL ENDING! Now the childhood friend has been dumped ((that was my other complaint, like seriously!? You can’t turn down a girl because you love an idol, that makes zero sense, It’s just like turning down a girl because you love an anime girl. It’s stupid, you will never see neither of them irl. And from the mc perspective the idol he admired only saw him twice so they didn’t have ANY sort of relationship. It’s just DUMB.)) and the person that the mc really loves is going to freaking hollywood and he will never see her again. Luckily for us the mangaka backed down and released chapter 28.5 (an extra chapter) where the actress mc goes back to tokyo, meets with the no longer loner mc and confesses to him. This felt rushed and it didn’t make sense (because it took her 3 years to come back. And also, why would a famous actress go to university!?). But even if it didn’t make sense at all, I’m glad that the mangaka changed the ending, because if we had the old ending my calcification would had been a lot harsher.
That’s all thanks for reading, and sorry in advance for all the typos <3

This is trash, I won't even bother in writing a detailed review, I just skipped to the last ep and i found out that: 1st He never tells her that he could see her, I mean, Seriously!? That was disappointing, but not as much as the facte that they literally don't progress ANYTHING, and mith anything I mean FU**ING ANYTHING UNTILL THE LAST CHAPTER, let me rephrase it; you could read the first episode and the last and you woudn't have missed any real romance/character development. The mangaka dedicates just TWO PAGES (with just one strip of images each) to the whole (dating) relationship between
...
the 2 main characters. I'm so glad I skipped most of it. In summary; if you like actual romance, y'know, with... A relationship and hmmm... And actual love story... And.......... With the two main characters INTERACTING directly with eachother................. Nah seriously don't watch this, there's no romance (besides the last chapter), also all characters are trash, so this is a no-go for me.
This is the first manga (and anime too, if you count it) that has gotten an 1 from me, so you can see how bad this is.

This was a good experience. If you like simple romcoms, without all the drama, confusion and never ending problems; Then, this is for you! Don’t get me wrong, this manga has a little bit of all that, but it’s never abused nor gets repetitive. The characters are good, the mc is original (he is not a Kirito clone, average loner, freak, etc…), and there isn’t a single bad character. That being said, the beginning is very and with very I mean VERY slow, it’s so slow that the 2 main characters won’t start interacting (in a direct way) until the third volume (I’m saying that
...
out of my sh*it*y memory, so maybe I’m wrong), so If you wan’t to read it, be prepared for that. With that being said, here goes my review:
A) WRITING: [38/50]
1. Story (12/15)
A simple and straightforward romcom story with the twist that the male mc doesn't talk very often (not because he is an introvert, just because he is like that). I can’t find any complaints, like seriously, all the romance (and the tiny amount of drama) were handled perfectly. That being said, even if later in the manga the female mc gives some very good reasons of why she likes the m mc, at the start of the manga there aren’t any valid reasons and that causes the story to feel unreal. This problem is solved later (maybe it was planned from the start or maybe the author was able to improve it just by rethinking the interactions of the characters) making the story a lot more credible.
2. Plot (12/15)
The plot in Kuzumi-kun, Kuuki Yometemasu ka? is very solid, all the drama and the misunderstandings (that I repeat, there are almost none) are handled very well. My only complaint is how slow was the progres between the two main characters at the beginning, the manga taking three volumes to get an actual relationship (and with that I mean direct interactions between those two) hurts the experience a little bit, but on the other hand the fact that they take all that time to start the relationship makes it a lot more rewarding once they start progressing in it.
3. Characters (14/20)
All the characters in this manga are good, and even if they are a bit two-dimensional (especially at the start) that doesn’t mean that they are great characters. First we have a female mc that is popular (because he is pretty) that has a crush on a weird guy (the m mc). It’s not the most original character but it does the job pretty well. The male mc is, on the other hand, a lot more original. It kind of has the vibe of Komi from Komi can’t communicate, but don’t get It wrong, they are very different characters. The support cast is great and lastly we have some decent character development (mostly after the first half of the manga) so the story never feels still. (Except at the beginning).
B) ART: [23/30]
4. Characters (13/15)
The characters have a simple, detailed and cute design that does the job very well. I also appreciate that the style is maintained, instead of having some very detailed characters half of the time and then something similar to cartoons for the other half we get some simple but detailed characters all the time, something that is much appreciated since most romcoms usually do the first thing.
5. Backgrounds (10/15)
The backgrounds are clean and simple, and they blend perfectly with the characters. That being said, there are a lot of scenes when we don’t have backgrounds and that takes away a lot of points (it also makes the reading a bit tedious since it becomes a bit repetitive seeing the character in the same bright blurred backgrounds).
C) PERSONAL: [16/20]
6. Quality Consistency (3/5)
The quality is a bit bad at the start (since there is not very much progression). But in general it’s great.
8. Chapters readed (5/5)
I read the whole thing.
9. Enjoyment (8/10)
I really enjoyed it, I highly recommend it if you like simple romcoms.
