I think the problem alot of people had with this anime was they went in expecting death note. It very much is not that. I gave this anime a 7 due to its concept and the end. The middle of this anime was sooo. The other problem is the MC is the worst, the saving grace to the show was literally everyone else around him. I think this anime is going to end up getting bad reviews due to the content touched on but I think it tackled the content in a very tasteful way and actually left me thinking about it for awhile afterwards.

Alright, one of my first reviews and I noticed this one didn't have any so here goes.

This is a slow burn with no real payoff at the end. Though this is a short story, the MC's dont get together until the end. At first, Its fun to watch the ridiculous situations and misunderstandings a regular romance manga has but it becomes almost become tedious reading because one can only fall into the same set of boobs so many times before you start saying "we get it"

I will say the saving grace is the art, I love when stories are drawn this way. So I ... give the artwork a thumbs up.

For anyone looking for a breaker on should I read this or not, I will tell you your time is better spent elsewhere unless you enjoy the same Gag over and over and over again.

That being said, I did finish this in an afternoon so if you want some button-bursting bosoms to look at with no ecchi like payoff, you have come to the right place.

Ok, so before I get burned by the internet for not agreeing with the majority of the other reviews, I would like to point out that I watch anime for an escape. When I say this, I mean I don't really want to think about the complexity of life and all the negativity of the real world which a lot of this shows themes tackle. If you are thinking of trying out this show, thinking its going to be some kind of isekai situation, don't. This is not for you. The synopsis is sort of misleading in a way as well. The "super powers" the ... classmates possess seemed to be important for the first two episodes then it suddenly became objects that did very specific things. Maybe things just went over my head but just went i thought i understood what was happening, Monkeys playing baseball would get thrown in the mix and I would be confused all over again. It seemed to me that the word would change just for the group to go through another hardship but didn't actually move the story forward. This anime feels like a fever dream and even after completing it, I'm still not even sure what ahppened.

If you are a fan of those slice of life animes that make you really think about life then this one is for you. I had a feeling similar to how I felt when I watched Re:Life for the first time. It might make you think make to some old times or maybe even your current state in life depending on where you are in life right now.

At first , you are unsure if you will end up liking the MC but as he grows in the show, so do your feelings towards him and the journey he's going though.

It can also make you ... reminisce with the past kids that kept to themselves and makes you think about what they maybe had going on.

I think this anime does a good job in capturing that part of life that goes unnoticed alot of them time

Final thoughts: Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun is the personification of the saying " Life is a lot like a videogame, you beat it one level at a time."
