Both anime involve psychic battles against ghosts and otherworldly beings, featuring incredibly endearing casts of characters and heartfelt moments. Although, Dandadan has a more crude and raunchy comedy style.

Literally almost the same concept.a typical comedy slice of life story blends with an fantasy genre. a geeky MC meets an upbeat dragon living in an urban modern town, they became close friends. and more dragons also appear as the story progresses.

This is a similar show to My Hero Academia in the sense of the basic feel for the show. When watching this, you will notice that there is not supposed to be a serious atmosphere. This is a comedy in pretty much most senses, there is no danger for the main character because of how OP he is. There are some epic fight scenes, just like My Hero Academia, that make you super hype! And after, and even during some of the fights, they add humor to make you remember that. That there is NO NEED TO FEAR, just ENJOY the epic scene!!

There's a certain magic that both shows focus very heavily on and use (though Hunter x Hunter's is more complex and harder to understand at times). The characters can "create" their own skills with this magic which makes for some really intense and awesome fight scenes. And the main cast meets a bunch of unique and different people so there's plenty of characters to meet and watch.

Both are Shonen/Seinen series with incredibly rich writing, world-building and story-telling. They are modern classics and I would argue that they are both top 3 anime of all time. Everything, down to the smallest details, is connected/explained by these shows and they do not fail to deliver. The music, animation and art style are also really good. Must watches in my opinion.

If you enjoy a Shounen which involves sword fighting, crazy awesome samurai skills and a tremendously realistic back story - I would definitely recommend Kenshin. The art styles are quite different however, you need to understand that Kenshin came out back in the 90s and Samurai Champloo is one of the new age ones. It sticks to the theme of Edo and Tokyo, the revolution around that time and how it not only affected samurais and nobility but common folks. Personally, these two animes made me research more about Japanese history than any other anime.

Both are shounen, so both have the character tropes and concepts that all shounen anime have, which are pretty good imo. From lots of fights and cool abilities and skills to epic OST and plottwists - both have it all. Very easy to get invested you can just relax, lay back and enjoy the good ol' shounen era style anime. Also one of the “Big three” it is another Shōnen adventure that was written in the same period. It also contains great fights, good villains, and a story similar, and different then Naruto’s.

If you are a manga reader, you have probably heard the term 'The Dark Trio' which includes JJK, CSM, and Jigokuraku. They are pretty similar in the genre being dark action shounen mangas but just because they are pretty much the same genre, does NOT in any way make them copycats or boring. Each manga has such a unique story and world with AMAZING characters. If you loved the pacing of jjk and the characters you will love jigokuraku. What I love about all three of these mangas is that despite taking place in a completely different world and dealing with fictional monsters and such, there are still things we can pull from these stories and apply to our own lives.

Both Anime are very untypical Shounen and have same genre and theme. It does not simply revolve around being stronger and stronger, but have much more meaningful goals. A lot tragic moments in both. Hells paradise are philosophical manga and aren't simply black/white. Good/Evil are questioned throughout the whole series, the purpose of Life and similar themes. Both Mc have similar reason to fight -for beloved ones sake-, Tanjiro has the one only remain sister to protect and Gabimaru's wife waiting for his return. also protagonist duo had to defeat tough villains even have half-eternal lifes. There is also have super power source based on physical called Breathe at demon slayer and Tao at Hells paradise, and elemental attribute like Water, Fire, Earth, etc.

They're really similar in terms of dealing with souls and "monsters" and such. Both main characters are strong from the beginning and have carefree nonchalant like dispositions while also caring for their friends I think if you liked bleach and kinda want the same type of plot and concepts like dealing with souls, you should definitely give this a try! The manga is really good too.

Both deal with supernatural evils and both fight with swords that each character has as a unique fighting style with. The set up of the warriors ranks and titles are very similar for both the good and bad sides. When watching this show my mind kept screaming Bleach (In a good way) and I think anyone who enjoyed Demon Slayer should at least give Bleach a look and vice versa.
