A light look at a girl's (Honoka) attempt to survive on her own after an abusive upbringing. Initially she joins exactly the kind of cheap soapland you are thinking of at the behest of her friend; after much positive feedback in attitude and performance she realizes that she's excelling in her role and aims to be the best she can be. Later on she gets scouted to a higher-class establishment by one of her customers, and as her position in life gets more luxurious the opportunities to develop a more normal life begin to build as well.

There aren't many shadowy creepers ... among the customers, almost all of the ones that appear in the story are repeat customers and have a personal rapport with Honoka, who show as much genuine interest in her personal well-being as they are in blowing a load. There are explicit sex scenes sprinkled throughout (you'd be an idiot not to expect such just from the title alone), mostly in the beginning volumes, but they become background noise as other problems begin to take the focus of the story. Issues like the typical constantly belittled girl struggling to develop her confidence on her own; some episodes of ptsd due to physical/sexual abuse; other girls at the soapland being jealous and their attempts to sabotage Honoka's ranking among the other girls at her establishment; studying for and attending college, and the complexities of hiding your profession from people you consider close friends and the further complexities when Honoka realizes she's in love with one of them.

This is definitely a glass half-full story of a sex worker. There isn't anything you're expecting in a story like this, everything always seems to turn out roses in the end. Every struggle an opportunity to be a better sex-worker.

Holy shit this is awesome. The only reason it isn't a 10 is that the art is only pretty nice. This thing is amazing. The characters go through situations like literal rape and it's hilarious. This is genuinely some of the most degenerate shit I've ever read and I got it from a still trusted source. I know about that friend's recommendations after reading this holy grail. Main character gets almost raped every other chapter and side characters actually get raped all the time. Not to mention the character Sarah is actually the worst but she never gets punished, not even by the main character. ... I fucking love to read this then look my girlfriend/mother in the eyes afterward.
