Fetish isn't about fetishism.
Fetish is a collection of short stories about both passion and obsession. A misleading synopsis can disappoint the reader, hence many ask themselves where the fetish is in a story that doesn't have one. However, the last story is probably what you are looking for.
If you are interested in morbid and disturbing short stories, give this manga a chance. Fujiwara's artwork never disappoints, although the male characters look very similar. It is a pleasant read if you don't mind some crude content.
