Wow. For those debating whether or not to watch this, I’d absolutely recommend it. The CGI is up there with Land of Lustrous in terms of quality, the soundtrack is gripping, the story (while new and revamped) is fantastic, and we’re given as viewers all these little gifts as Trigun fans. I’d have to give Trigun Stampede a 9/10 with a huge emphasis on recommendation! Lastly, this season is 100x more brutal and violent than the legendary Trigun of 1998. That isn’t meant to deter you from watching it, but should be said as a precaution if blood and extreme violence aren’t your forte.

How many bad decisions can we fit into one movie? The possibilities are endless. I don't think I've seen a group of characters juggle the bad decision balls as much as the characters did in this movie. Accelerating the time of a mass scale operation and not telling anyone else all because the weather was nice that day... come on. I'm pretty disappointed in a series that I had hope in producing something as lazy as this. I'll keep it short. This is the most "eh" 8/10 I've ever seen. Yes, the first episode is awesome and there's sprinkles of awesome in later episodes. However, this suffers from a lack of good decision making from the characters (the main character being the biggest criminal to this flaw). And before it slips my mind, this absolutely has essence of Attack on Titan. The soundtrack using Hiroyuki Sawano, WIT animating it in similar fashion, a strong female side character, a loud male main character, the fact that a lot of the voice actors voice characters in AOT, the fact that there are humans mixed
