So to begin with: The Rising of the shield hero... when I saw that it is Isekai i was just like:"Oh...yet another Isekai." Oh wrong was I. From the very first episode i just love the art and the animations. The Story is simple yet it doesn’t feel like everyother of these "mediaval isekai-like animes". Naofumi our MC is relocated to another world in order become one of the 4 heroes to protect the land from the waves of terror. From the beggining he is getting fuck*d with and yet he is still doing fine... overcoming obstacles by himself and his very dear party. I ... don’t quite know why is this Anime getting so many negative ratings. I mean of course it isn’t the top anime of the season, but if you want to watch action that badly then go stick back with your fan service SAO. Many people don’t realize the meaning of this anime. It is not to show action in the first place but to feel with Naofumi and his extremly hard situation. The amount of action in this anime is just enough and it is perfecly enjoyable because when the action comes on it is not boring and the fight are very well made. Character? Oh boy there are two amazing characters: Naofumi and Rapthalia. Then there is the blacksmith, Melty and Filo-okay characters. Then we have the 3 dull heroes. Last but not least we have Myne, probably the worst character i have seen in a long time. Can’t quite judge the king after last episode, maybe he is just a bit old after all. Sounds? The sound quality is nice and both Openings and EDS are very well made. To summarize this up: Very well made Isekai that is for those who just don’t want to see fights all the time, but actually care about what the characters go through and what their feelings are then this anime does this perfectly and still keeps the good elements of being Isekai anime.

Well to start with: When I watched the first episode i was like:"Oh this looks a like a hell a good anime." Well....things changed. After reading manga i soon realized how poorly the anime was made skipping nearly half of things that were in manga. The plot is really not that much interesting but in manga they did so much better work. Characters are overall all pretty selfish and you can’t just find a character that you like, because they all have so many negative attidues and act for their own sake.... that is atleast how i saw that. So the best thing of this ... anime? Definitely the masterpiece OP. If you liked this Anime then i suggest reading the manga, that is still being published up today. And the worst thing? The ending of Anime version is so fu**ing missleading like honestly. I don’t want to spoil but in manga version the ending of anime is not there and it is actually far from it.
