...then you might like Kamisama Hajimemashita add

Both stories feature a normal school girl who somehow gets involved with demons. Both show a romance between this girl and the main male which is a demon (KH: a Kitsune-fox demon; Inuyasha: Hanyo- half demon). Both male characters had a dark past and were in love with a human woman. Inuyasha has more action, drama etc. while KH shows a lot of funny moments. The KH anime doesn't show to much character development because it's really short (13 ep) but is still very enjoyable and easy to watch. It's more suited for girls of course, being a shoujo but if you are a guy who likes funny demon stories, you should give it a try! And if you watched KH and like the demon themed love stories, well, than you should watch Inuyasha! The story is really good, quite long, but that is the best thing about it. It has a lot more fighting scenes, dramatic and romantic moments than KH.

...then you might like InuYasha add

A lot of people already said it but I guess it is a good reason to watch Inuyasha then:) I love both series very much,and that is because I'm a big fan of Takahashi Rumiko, the creator of both, Ranma 1/2 and Inuyaha. The story isn't really similar, but the art and the characters sure are! Inuyasha is more dramatic and serious , while Ranma has a quite stupid and illogical story, it is amazingly funny though! If you like the funny moments in Inuyasha you should know that if you watch Ranma 1/2, you'll laugh at least every 5 minutes. Also, if you were craving for a more serious story in Ranma 1/2, you should watch Inuyasha. The main characters are also very alike, Ranma Saotome and Inuyasha even have the same voice and the behavior is almost the same. This goes for their relationship with the main female as well! Of course there are a lot of fighting scenes and interesting antiheroes in both series. As a conclusion, if you are a Takahashi fan and only watched one of these two, you should definitely check out the other one!

Both stories are about a girl who dresses up as a guy and most of the other characters in the two series are really rich. In he's dedicated to roses, there's also a really handsome boy (the main male character) who goes out whit girls for money, just like a host.
