Ok so that story was a little strange.
It had a lot of good qualities in my opinion, like some nice characters, interesting twists and nice art. The biggest problem I believe is it introducing too many characters, battle mechanics and ranks that may not come back into the story consistently enough to remember. For a lot of the things in the story, we didn't get an explanation until the middle of vol.5. It mentioned a lot of different organizations with their own motivations and plans and after some point it became confusing to follow and unpleasant because I didn't underestand the plot. All that information ... should be spread in more than 10 volumes in my opinion. And another thing thats disappointing to me personally, is that they barely spend any time in the actual cafe in the story. Like, it's called "Cafe Occult"!
I did like the main character though, and i wish the story focused more on her coming in terms with her death and becoming stronger instead of adding a trillion organizations. Some of the characters i still don't understand why they're part of the story. Overall confusing.

Keep in mind this review comes from a person who's not a fan of Dragonball. I watched this movie because my bf was very excited about it and I wanted to give a DB movie a shot.
Needless to say it was an experience.. I did like all the little slice of life parts with Beerus and the baby, probably my favourite parts in the whole thing. Also, when Goku's parents sent him to earth it was pretty emotional and I got a bit teary eyed. The scenery during this segment was stunning too, with the sky full of stars.
I was also impressed by how well ... they managed to blend the 2D animation with the CGI, it was very well done.
What I really didn't like about the movie was the battle with Broly. It went on and on and on and on until I was so tired from all the overstimulation I got a headache and felt done. It literally hurt my brain and really hope the next DB movie I watch won't try to blow up my brain. Nice looking movie tho.

This one was actually horrifying and I loved the trauma, the imagery actually shocked me.
I'm a big fan of body horror and graphic visuals, so that one was great. Loved the art and how dark the whole manga was, both in plot and the art too. Also I love how there was no way to leave the mansion and everything basically repeated itself.
My boyfriend got this manga for me to see my reaction to it, I really enjoyed it!
I think one of the scariest characters was the grandma, especially when she was a chicken, and I always felt bad for the mother.

Where do I even start with this one.
The first thing that got me super interested in the manga, was the stunning cover art. Very beautiful and erotic and the colours remind me a lot of an oil painting, really love it. The way it started was good too: it reminded me a bit of the "Portrait of Dorian Gray" book but with a twist, but in the end I was very disappointed.
I was hoping the story would be around these two characters, but the manga was instead full of short stories that were pretty uninteresting to me and the characters didn't really relate to ... eachother in any way throughout them. The one with the flamengo dancer was especially dumb imo. I did like the one with the older man waiting for his lover in the park though, it was a cute one.
But still, wished it was an intense erotica with these two characters only.

First of all, I want to say that the art in this Manga is beautiful, and I really loved Ai's outfits and style. However, I will say that for a protagonist we're supposed to love and care about, she's pretty unlikable. She's like a mary sue, the plot bends itself to fit her and every character loves her for no reason.
As for the story, i believe if it had more volumes to unravel the story a bit more slowly and we actually got to see some cool battles in Ai-Land-the place the whole story and the protagonist always talk about and the unbelievable conflicts ... that happen there- it would probably be so much cooler. Really wanted to love Ai but she's just shitty.
