Happy, but also extremely conflicted at the same time. It's great, but it still made me feel rather empty inside (no pun intended)
It's JoJo. There's no such thing as a bad JoJo season. Easy 10 out of 10. for the whole thing.
Visually, it's JoJo. So it's awesome. The soundtrack is phenomenal, the characters are wonderful, Jotaro was cool enough, but his daughter is a no nonsense, "I will literally kill you for looking at me wrong" kind of person, she's awesome. From Ermes to Emporio, FF to Anastasia, Weather Report to Pucci and Jotaro, hell, even Dio makes a return cameo, even if it was
...
in flashbacks, to even the least important enemy stand user, every JoJo character has some semblance of importance to the story.
Not gonna lie, this hurts to see. It really does. It makes me happy and supremely angry at the same time.
On one hand, I'm happy to see the Joestar bloodline finally get some semblance of peace, but on the other hand.....
it really fucking pisses me off to see that it ended like that, especially after how much the Joestar bloodline has been through. The Stardust Crusaders specifically. I was expecting a proper happy end, but then I have to remember that this is JoJo.
I'm always a massive fan of unnecessarily convoluted timey whimey bullshit. Even if said timey whimey bullshit doesn't have an actual happy end caveat like Steins;Gate, but man does this leave an extremely bitter taste in my mouth.
I really hope Steel Ball Run is as good as everyone says it is, because if it's not, I'm gonna feel like I wasted my time committing to every season of JoJo.

So this really is the end of Strike The Blood. No more. No OVA's, no specials. This is the final finale.
Well, it was a weird ride, but I don't regret a single second of it. No pit in my stomach or sadness in my heart seeing it officially end, no tears, no lump in my throat from sadness, just, acceptance. Others may say it's a crappy ending and maybe it is, but I've seen worse endings. We got a happy end. Kojou got his harem and also probably got them pregnant too.
We got a good end. Most importantly, we got an ending. That's more
...
than I can say about a lot of shows nowadays. That's all that's really important to me

Key, you magnificent bastards. You have single handedly made me cry in one way or another for 12 episodes straight.
From Rewrite to Clannad, Little Busters to Angel Beats and Planetarian, and all the incredible ones in-between, Kaginado has ALL the characters from Key's best works.
Story: 9
Imagine if you will a show that has literally every character from some of the most heart warming and soul wrenching visual novels turned into anime, in one show. That is Kaginado. So it's a 9. There's no way it can be a 10 only because it's simply a crossover show like Isekai Quartet or Carnival Phantasm. Not
...
too terribly original but who really cares about originality in a crossover? Especially when it's a crossover with Key characters?
Art-8
The art is chibi but it's Key's chibi, so it always gets a pass. Key doesn't make bad visual novels or anime. It just doesn't happen.
Sound:10
The sound gets a 10 for the ending songs and the music playing in every episode and the little cues for longtime Key fans. Key doesn't make bad sounds in their shows either.
Character:10. Always a 10.
Most of us know these characters already so I'm not gonna get into the explanations, but if this is your first time watching something made by Key, you're probably gonna be really confused and lost. In order to understand the context behind every character I really suggest you watch Key's other works before this. If you're not patient enough to sit through all of Key's shows however, I will tell you that everything in the Key universe is connected in some facet. The characters always have depth and they never leave you feeling disgusted. Only chipper or intensely sad.
Enjoyment:10
Like I said. Key doesn't make bad Visual Novels and they definitely don't make bad anime adaptations of their own VN's. If you have seen Key's works before, you're not gonna have a bad time. You're gonna laugh, you're gonna cry (A LOT, because Key will always make you cry one way or the other, it's just a law of anime) but most of all, you're never gonna regret the experience. You don't regret watching things Key makes, you regret not watching them sooner.
Overall, it's a 10 out of 10. I've never given any Key show that I've watched anything less than a 10 out of 10. Key always knows just how to tug on our heartstrings. They've been doing it since 99 and they aren't stopping any time soon. They love their audience and we vehemently love them. A match made in heaven. Oh boy that last sentence made me tear up while I was typing it.
My heart will resonate to Key's beats every time without fail.

Don't take this show at face value. It may look bland and boring because it's a harem, but it's really not. The main character only has eyes for the 2 girls that he's in love with.
Kanojo mo Kanojo is not something that takes itself too seriously, in case the first episode wasn't clear enough. It's ridiculous, but comedic at heart.
The characters, while clearly not intended to be individuals who have deep, moving backstories (if it's not clear enough by now) are goofballs. They're not supposed to be characters with a deep backstory.
The art is definitely enough to keep me looking at everything this
...
show has to offer. Whether it be the character designs, or the places they go. It always has at least 1 thing to make me think it's cute and bubbly.
The sounds are always entertaining, the VA's are entertaining. Hell, Rie Takahashi is in this show, and she's an out of this world VA with incredible vocal range, but this review isn't just a Rierii worship review.
I enjoy this show because it doesn't take itself too seriously. It allows me to turn my brain off for 23 minutes, and I will never complain about being given time to let my brain shut off for a little while.
It's not the greatest show of all time, and it never intended to be. It's just a show about a dude trying to balance out a relationship with 2 girls he loves very much with plenty of harem and rom com hilarity that comes with it.
The point of this review is to tell all the people who are just being negative about it just to be negative to go ahead and step back, take a breather, and come back with a more positive attitude, and if you feel like you are somehow special enough to be offended by this, then you really need to take a mental health day and just simmer down.
A negative mind will never live a positive life. Now, go enjoy the rest of your day.

*This review may contain some spoilers*
Game Obu Familia- Family Senki, or Game of Familia- Kazoku Senki is by far one of the better story-based isekai manga out there right now, mainly due in part to the author of said manga, Yamaguchi Mikoto, who has produced many other very intriguing stories, such as Dead Tube, Saiteihen no Otoko, which, if you haven't read them, are incredible Horror/Mystery stories. As far as the isekai concept goes, it's pretty played out at this point, there are so many other isekai based manga, that it's not even funny. Game of Familia- Kazoku Senki however, doesn't take the generic isekai
...
route. There's a lot of betrayal, a lot of psychological warfare, and just the right amount of ecchi.
The story: As I've already stated, the isekai concept is basically played out, so as far as the isekai factor goes, that was a bit lacking. However, what sold me was the backstory, which you'll come to understand as you read with baited breath. I don't want to divulge too much, so I won't, but the moment you see for yourself just how devious the main character is, you'll start to think that the main character is actually the bad guy, even though he's actually the good guy just trying to make sure his family stays safe. Sasae Hatsushima and his family, new stepmom Kanae, stepsisters(technichally step-aunts, but lets not debate semantics) Manako and Hinana are summoned to another world to fight the Dead Mell, undead monsters tormenting the northern half of the continent. In order to fight, Sasae and his family must form a familia, a group of 4 people with them being the swordmaster that uses the holy sword, the guardian that uses the power of earth to protect, the healer that uses the power of water to heal, and the black mage that uses the power of fire to destroy.
The role of the guardian, the mage and the healer is to support the swordmaster that can only kill the monsters. But to use magic powers one must offer part of your being as a sacrifice to form a contract with spirits, and the higher the sacrifice, the higher the power. Now they must choose who are the 3 that need to sacrifice part of their bodies to gain power and who will wield the holy sword.
The Art: the visual styles that you see in this manga at first glance you would think that there would be much left to be desired, but the more you read, the less important the art becomes, because the story becomes way more important. The main plot pieces (the women) have pretty big bonkhonagahoos, but that's to be expected. The better parts come a little bit later, when you start to see what kind of monsters the main characters are going up against, and not just the Dead Mell. So, that is why I give the art a 6.
Characters: Every character other than Sasae is pretty much played out, Manako is your typical justice crusader, you know, fight injustice wherever it may happen, whenever it may happen. Kanae is a little better, being a single mom businesswoman archetype. Hinana is the loli supergenius that was gonna be able to go to college in grade 6. Pretty typical characters, but the saving grace is Sasae, who as I stated before, has a pretty big secret that only Hinana knows, and that's mainly in part because the only other person that is aware of the secret is Sasae's father, who has already passed away by the time the story starts. So, well the majority of the characters are pretty generic, it could be a lot worse, especially when you see how far the main character is willing to go for his family. So, characters is gonna be a 6 as well.
As far as enjoyment goes, this story might not be preferable to some people, as there are rape elements, along with some pretty intense cucking orchestrated by the MC (yes, he is the one that does the cucking) but if you can get past that and look at the quality of the psychological war games, and the incredible silver tongue that this snake ass bastard of a main character has, you might just find yourself reading a pretty damn good manga that will keep you on the edge of your seat, eagerly reading and/or waiting for the next chapter.
I sincerely hope you have taken my review into account when you decide to read this manga!

I don't think I've ever cried that aggressively before in my life. It was one of those moments when you're crying so hard snot comes out of your nose. The story was fairly consistent with the visual novel, and the visual novel was pretty good. Some of the characters were pretty forgettable, the children in particular are fairly forgettable, but even though they are the future, they're not really the important ones in this story. I can definitely say with certainty that the music was unforgettable for me. The visuals really like to remind you did this is a dystopian future. I don't know how
...
anybody else's reactions would be to this movie, but if you're a person who gushes tears out like a geyser like me, then expect to cry a hell of a lot. But it's definitely worth a watch if you're willing to cry your eyes out.
