Season 2 has been a season of payoffs. Everything that was referenced to in season 1 has come full circle whether it be the characters or the plot.
My favorite part was seeing how each and every character developed from the bland archetypes to well-defined people that you can relate to. Each of them has something driving their actions. The main villain Alus got the most compelling development towards the end. I also liked how the team's bond developed from barely working together to comrades to a real team from season 1 till the end. Their reason for fighting to protect Eldora also had deep meaning.

The first Anime movie to hit the Indian theatres and boy does it hit hard.
Really love what they did with Broly. In the original Broly, he was cool but he was essentially just a Saiyan Hulk, but here they've given him a touching backstory and a character. A surprising amount of thought has gone into showing what makes Broly the person he is. The movie also touches upon how far Vegeta has developed from the Prince to a family man. Highly underrated. Concrete Revolutio questions the notion of right and wrong from episode 1 itself. This Anime explores all the possible scenarios in a world filled with all sorts of superhumans and beasts. All the characters are too complex to be defined in terms of good and evil. You'll find yourself cheering for characters you previously hated on many occasions.
The non-linear story telling always keeps the viewers guessing. The important plot points come full circle while some remain open ended. The animation may seem childish to some but I think it's perfect for Concrete Revolutio considering that a world filled with superhumans is every child's dream. ... |
