As of writing this, 180 chapters have been released. Up until this point, I've been enjoying this manga, even if the main character feels like a dick at some points. But chapters 175-180 have completely ruined this series for me. Those chapters singlehandedly brought the series down from a 7 to a 1 for me. Take what you need and leave while you still can. The relationships between the characters peak in the second city, and everything after that feels like a desperate attempt to squeeze as much money as possible out of this series. All for that to lead to an Akame Ga Kill ... of a plot twist which only serves to make our main character seem more justifiable in his unjust actions. Dissapointing.
