There aren't many animes out there, were the protagonist have, lets say "dubious morals", so I am always happy when I find a new one. Gallery Fakes Fujita Reiji and Great Pretenders Thierry Laurent fit the bill perfectly. They are both witty, clever and a little bit more selfish than your average anime protagonist. Although the animation style is very different, boths shows give of a very simmilar feeling. If you are looking for a fun ride with money, art and crimes I can highly reccomend you to check them out.

Both shows have a very unique art style. Although the theme of Kuuchuu Buranko is a little bit more serious, they both give of a similar feeling.

Same feeling. Both deal with crimes and the struggle to solve them. Both build up a feeling of suspense In both of them the media plays an important role.

Similar atmosphere, similar surrounding. Both take place in a beautiful Bar with a very calm Bartender. Both deal with different aspects of live.
