If you're looking for the craziness similar to Flcl then look no further, the action is crazy and pretty much throws logic out the window. The soundtrack on both are awesome, but Flcl easily takes the cake with its amazing soundtrack. They also share that Over-the-top nature.

If you liked Top wo Nerae! Gunbuster add

...then you might like Kill la Kill add

They share that over-the-top style/feel. Both have badass women as the protagonists. The action scenes for both are ridiculous, but at the same time, are awesome.

If you liked Trigun add

...then you might like Gintama add

Episodic comedies with action mixed in while the whole series of Gintama is mostly a comedy every now and then the series tends to get very serious with only a little bit of comedy; Trigun shares the same thing and the main characters for both of the series have a dark past and have a name for themselves because of the things they've done or caused.

...then you might like Zetman add

It's quite obvious that Zetman was heavily inspired by Devilman The protagonists both love the thrill of fighting and they both aim to defend humans and defeat the monsters hidden under human skin even their transformations look exactly alike.They'ree both very entertaining and very gory, even though Devilman is shounen.

...then you might like Hitoribocchi no Chikyuu Shinryaku add

Main Heroines of these series both wish to conquer the planet whilst trying to save it from another force. They also share the same joyful atmosphere.

If you liked Nana to Kaoru add

...then you might like Ibitsu add

If you're into BDSM, then either one of these will satisfy you because the main characters like to satisfy their sexual desires by committing lewd acts to each other while keeping their relationship a secret. The romance in each of these is subtle though; you can definitely see it developing as the story progresses.

...then you might like JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 3: Stardust Crusaders add

Both of the series have a similar battle system JoJo has "Stand" while Shaman King has "Guardian Ghost" or "Soul Control" , both of the series are adventurous although JoJos adventure might be a different than what you think. The fights are well thought out and hardly little or no use of Nakama. Shaman King may start off a bit slow but once it gets into action you'll be hooke. Both of these series are Underrated and very good battle Shounen that are done right
