I was surprised to find out that there have been no reviews so far for this series.
For people who just want to know if it's worth a read?
Short answer: Yes.
However, if you want to know why it's worth a read, read further!
--STORY--
The story is about a group of people who enlisted in the army due to mandatory service. However, they are not assigned to a platoon, but to a mountain. The storry follows the main protagonist 21-year-old Ryu Yeon-seong and his teammates as they battle the mountain, and to save as many lives as they can. This manwha is about teamwork, the determination to go
...
through at all cost, and the philopsophy when climbing mountains.
The story isn't overly complex, not does it try to be. It delves into the human psyche, and shows what could go wrong when you go mountain climbing.
However, the story does suffer a bit of the manwha-syndrome. And when I say the manwha-syndrome I mean to make the main character a prodigy. HOWEVER, this is only a minor nitpick. Because while it may look he is a badass in every single way, they explain his actions and inner doubts while working in a mountain rescue team.
--Art--
Now, for those who aren't familliar with a webtoon manwha, it's completely in color, and some of the manwha's suffer from this, due to the overly used effects, which backfires the quality. However, the art in this series is great, it greatly captures the feeling of a mountain, it also handles motion really well. For example, when there's a snow storm in this manwha, it really captures the strong winds which would envelop the mountain.
Character designs are also good, they have distinctive features, and I for one really like the realistic touch upon the faces. They properly look like asians for once.
--Characters--
Characters are good. There's good character development here and there, and altough Ryu Yeon-seong is often the main point of interest, side characters get their time to shine too. The characters altough now feel a bit flat on some sides, but the flow is going towards more development for the side characters, which is good. However, there's not much to reveal about the main characters past yet.
All in all the characters are good, good to decent character development.
--Enjoyment--
I enjoyed it immensily. The story keeps you hooked with cliffhangers ( pun intended), which cause you to keep reading for hours on. If you like other climbing manga's, you would certainly enjoy this as well. It has a realism tone, and it's something fresh, mountain manga/manwha's are quite few these days.
--Overall--
Great Manwha so far, has great art, characters and keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. I really wish more people would read this.
I give this manwha a 9 so far.

Time to put some critic to this anime. I know that an anime who was only aired 2 episodes can't be judged fairly yet, but this is just a reflection of what has happened in those two episodes, and I will throw in a speculation about this show.
Without further ado,read further!
Story:
''Prodigy'' Have you ever encountered this word in an anime? Maybe two? Oh who am I kidding, you are hearing this in pretty much every action/sports shounen. And thus we have the same here.
The story explains itself by talking about a former Basketball team, the team of Teikou Middle School. The regulars of this team
...
were prodigy's, and they demolished every other team in a competition, and thus they were named: ''Generation of Miracles''. When they graduated, the 5 prodigy players went to different schools. There were rumors of the sixth player, yes a fact few known is that a sixth player existed and thus he received the nickname; ''The phantom player''
And this is where our protagonist kicks in. Kuroko, a freshman now attending Seirin High is the phantom player everyone talked about, and he joins the basketball. But he is not the only surprise, a player named Kagami also joins the team. Kagami is a talented player who spend most of his childhood in the US, and learnt basketball ''from the core''. Together the two of them make a promise to beat Kuroko's teammates.
A pretty simple plot we have thus far, and nothing really special has happened yet.
Art:
The art is good, and more detailed then most sports animes. Production I.G. did their best, and you can see it from the way they animated it.
Sound:
The OP and ED soundtracks are good for this anime. They fit in well, and its a kind of rocky Japanese themed song. The OST's so far has been constributing well tot he feeling off the moment, so I am really satisfied with the music score so far. Hyadain sure did a good job so far.
Characters:
So far,t he characters aren't having any depth. We only know something about Kuroko and Kagami so far, but the rest of the team remains blanco. I had expected something more from the second episode, like providing more background. But since is this only the second episode, we can't say anythign conclusive yet.
So far this has been a good anime. It started nicely, but I began it losing its quality a bit in the second episode.

There were only two reviews of this manga, and thus I decided to give my own review. Remember, this review may contain spoilers.
Historie's setup is the same as the popular seinen manga Berserk. We start out with a future view of the main character. Then it goes into a flashback mode, to see what has all led up to that point.
The story of Historie follows Greek/Macedonian/Persian history. Though this should not be viewed as educative, since not all history aspects of this manga are correct. It stays fiction after all.
We start out with Eumenes, a scythian boy who grew up alongside Greeks, even believing he
...
was a greek himself. Eumenes constantly has weird dreams about a woman with great swordmanship. After some shocking events with a scythian slave, he hears the truth from the potential killer of his ''father''. He hears he was a scythian boy all along, and thats when everything changed.
He is sold as a slave, and makes many encounters with new people, eventually becoming acquinted with Macedonia.
The art is nowhere near special or shocking. The art is good, and the background often stays clean, to emphasize the characters facial expressions. The character designs are well-done, and just from expressions you can see what the character is feeling.
The characters in this story are well developed, though some seem a bit shallow, the important characters shine through with realistic emotions and such. The protagonist Eumenes really shines through, and is considered a ''natural genious'.
If you like historic manga, you will lvoe this title. The characters are likeable, the story is good so far and the historic aspect of this manga is often correct. ( Characters mentioned, events that occur etc).
However, don't go looking for this manga expecting a epic highly-detailed story about the wars of Macedonia. You should read it for its story, and the character development.
---Note: This is a ongoing manga, my score is only for now. I will edit and/or change my entire review if my opinion changes.
-- Please give me feedback, this is my first review on MaL if you disagree on some points, or think I should elaborate on some points please do mention this.
