Both shows feature a cast of anthropomorphic animal characters doing normal slice of life type stuff. Odd Taxi is more of a slow burn noir thriller, while Salaryman is a comedy. Both are a bit odd but quite fun.

...then you might like Jujutsu Kaisen add

They're both about kids who are good at fighting who, as a result of an unexpected life-threatening incident become involved with the paranormal. Yu Yu Hakusho goes almost immediately into a training arc and a tournament while Jujitsu Kaisen starts out with the MC getting put into a more formal magical school. The MC of both is basically a loudmouthed idiot but they're both pretty endearing.

They both have the same feel. Cute girls doing horrible yet adorable things. They're both super funny. Umaru-chan focuses more on a group of characters while Oyasumi is more about the main character with a supporting cast.

Both are short mahou shoujo comedies. Kurumi is more of an energetic parody but both have the same type of feel.
