well, there is a lot to see about this dio, i can't explain further because it would be a huge spoiler, but the design and the character was amazing! i even love him more as a character then the original dio!

dio is a great chracter! although i really love his "Steel Ball Run" version.

So you can feel free to read all of stone ocean! the anime has started but up to now theres only 12 episodes that were not much, theres still a lot in the manga and also, it will take time until there will be a new episodes, also after reading the manga i think this part willstay a better experience there then what will be in the anime(even though i think it was really good and i have high expectations).
i finished this manga in a week, when you get to the good parts it runs really fast and its beautiful :)

Attack on titan is one of my favourite animes, i enjoy every episode of it, although the story is pretty sad but it is amazing!
Well, There will be some concepts that you might not understand at first like stand, and also, there will be some plot holes, but these things are pretty minor if you want to read or watch it.
if you didn't watched or read jojo then you might want to start with parts 1-2 which both were adepted into one short season, as well as watching or reading the 3rd part which is great! then you can skip to part 6(stone ocean). still, the choise is all yours, since jojo parts are not meant to be too related to each other.
you can also start at part 7 manga(Steel Ball Run), the story is great and you'll understand all of the plot since it has no relation to previous parts. :)
