I like cyberpunk in general, but I'll still consider it neutral.
Before I started the anime, I felt that something good would happen, but when I watched it, I realized that I was wrong. Because this anime exceeded my expectations by about 100 Miles :D
The character developments, the story, the atmosphere are so good that I watched it repeatedly without getting bored. The only thing I can say for you is to have a napkin with you towards the end of the series, otherwise you may get wet with tears.
