"Furetai" wa Koi no Hajimari
add

Furetai is uncannily similar to Yagate only with the self proclaimed asexual as the aggressive one in the relationship instead of the recently awaken lesbian. Even after only 3 chapters it's obvious that the asexual exploring her sexuality is going to be a major theme in Furetai, just like in Yagate.

Ruri Dragon
add

Obvious Machikado Mazoku clone. The first chapters for both are nearly identical. Girl wakes up with horns, mother tells her she's part nonhuman. Story revolves around them trying to adapt to school life as a half human while exploring their nonhuman side. Ruri Dragon doesn't lean as heavily into the fantasy elements, though, instead opting for a more slice-of-life style.

Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia
add

They don't come out and say it in the Insomnia animé, but they strongly hint that Magari has a LOT in common with Rika. I haven't read the manga yet, and I'm assuming it won't go the same way that HanTsuki did, but HanTsuki definitely shows a possible future for Magari.

WataTen is an UzaMaid clone. Young adult woman in love with a little girl. Hana, Miyako and Kouko have very similar personalities and have the same relationship dynamic as Misha, Tsubame and Midori. Even the Uncle Low Angle gag carries over into WataTen.

Both have a historical setting and feature a main character hiding their identity from the other main character. Both also feature a primary plot about perceived societal norms and expectations about marriage and the negative effects enforcing these societal norms and expectations on homosexuals can have on their mental health.

Mahou Shoujo 201
add

Mahou Shoujo 201 is heavily influenced by Machikado Mazoku, just with a lot more ecchi. Both Shamiko and Fujiyama are presented as inept "villains" who are poor due to the involvement of magical girls and they need to defeat a magical girl to alleviate their current situation (Fujiyama's poverty, Shamiko's family seal). They both have very similar personalities. Momo and Mamu are insanely overpowered and rely mostly on brute force instead of magic. They also have very similar personalities. Momo and Mamu move in next door to Shamiko and Fujiyama. It's all just too on the nose to be a coincidence.

Yumemiru Maid no Tea Time
add

Yumemiru Maid no Tea Time is an overtly yuri version of Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?. Both series are about girls working in a café and their daily interactions as well as their interactions with the girls working in a rival café. Ranko is very obviously modeled after Syaro, they're not even trying to hide it. The café that they work at in Yumemiru is called Bloom, likely a reference to the final season of the GochiUsa animé of the same name. GochiUsa has a much slower and more engaging plot.

Slime Life
add

The everyday life of a shopkeeper running a shop in the middle of nowhere and the bonds she forms with the people she interacts with. Both titles are heavy on fantasy and are very slice-of-life with mono no aware themes (much stronger in Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou, the pinnacle of mono no aware).

Lonely Girl ni Sakaraenai
add

Both are uncannily similar. They both start with, essentially, blackmail, but never take the hard turn that you would expect from a title about blackmail. So both series, miraculously, stay light and fluffy. The blackmailer in both have identical reasons for doing what they are doing and the one being blackmailed in both only put up mild resistance and quickly start to question if they actually have feelings for the blackmailer. Both series also feature a side story of unrequited love and regret. Where they differ is Ichido is R rated while Lonely Girl is very PG. That being said the blackmail is actually heavier in Lonely Girl than in Ichido as the blackmailer in Ichido feels remorse for her actions and eases off while the blackmailer in Lonely Girl is happy to be close to the girl being blackmailed and leans into it.

Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia
add

Although for different reasons, both feature the 2 main characters attempting to revive and keep alive a defunct astronomy club. Both series feature a significant amount of technical jargon related to astronomy. And, of course, the main characters in both become romantically involved with each other, though it's more nuanced and platonic in Koisuru Asteroid.

Onna Tomodachi to Kekkon Shitemita.
add

2 women bound by a contract causing them to live together where one is very much in love with the other and the other slowly discovers that she actually loves her back. Both are pure fluff pieces with little drama to speak of. Ichido dake demo, Koukai Shitemasu. is definitely the stronger of the 2 as it features a character slowly exploring their sexuality rather than just simply trying to decide if she actually loves her or not.

Nagisa and Mashiro are scarily similar characters to Shizuku and Kaori. Mashiro and Kaori are the ones pushing for a relationship and Nagisa and Shizuku are initially very reluctant but slowly end up falling in love. Mashiro also has a health issue that 100% is going to become a major plot point at some point, just like Kaori.

Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai!
add

Jahy is like a slightly more mature version of Ika and, even though the circumstances are different, both are forced to work in a restaurant in order to survive in the human world. They also both start with a rather negative view of humans which softens greatly as they interact more with the people around them. Ryou and Eiko are very similar characters as well.

add

Pretty sure that Dekisokonai no Himegimi-tachi was heavily influenced by Girl Friends. . . Both feature a gyaru befriending a shy and awkward bookworm and share many almost identical plot devices and storylines, the most blatant instance is probably the bath scene. That was just way too on the nose to be a coincidence.

It's hard to compare these two without spoilers. I'll just say that after the "big reveal" in both series the plot involving the main pairing is uncannily similar (the side character stories are very different) and I fully expect Kimi to Tsuzuru Utakata to end in a very similar way as Kyuuketsuki-chan x Kouhai-chan did, but with starkly different epilogues. If you've read one of these then you should know exactly what you're getting yourself into emotionally when you start reading the other.

Ookami Shounen wa Kyou mo Uso wo Kasaneru
add

Both series start with a girl (Aoi in Ookami, Yasuna in Kashimashi) rejecting the main character (Keitarou in Ookami, Hazumu in Kashimashi) over a fear of guys due to them being unable to see them (just faces in Ookami, whole body in Kashimashi). Main characters in both are forced to undergo changes that enable them to get close to their love interest (crossdressing in Ookami, sex change in Kashimashi). Both involve a love triangle with a childhood friend of one of the two involved (Aoi's friend Botan in Ookami, Hazumu's friend Tomari in Kashimashi) with similar personalities and even twintail hairstyles.
