These series have similar premises, systems of magic, and art, but their plot lines quickly diverge to make two distinct and enjoyable stories.

Despite the sound of "Until Death Do Us Part," both of the series are thoroughly focussed on fast-paced, over the top action scenes. Both have well-developed art and a badass main character.

An assortment of dynamic characters are thrown into a world of violence and massive collateral damage in these two epic series. GANTZ features crisp, elaborate artwork, but if one does not want to see flying guts in high definition, read Project ARMS instead.

The same artist deals out violence and gore as much as possible in both of these series, and while some will see the fighting as overdone, the art is certainly badass.

People mutate and gain powers, then some other people decide to be superheroes and hunt them down. Violence ensues. The art is somewhat better in Void, but the series are otherwise very similar.

...then you might like Deadman Wonderland add

In both Deadman Wonderland and Immortal Regis, a fearful but determined kid is thrown into a dangerous world full of deceit and strange girls who tend to save the day. The main characters each slowly discover the supernatural powers they possess. Both stories have crisp art which looks almost cute... right up until the gore starts.
