Different settings but sharing the thriller suspense, pyschological drama, and a bit of hope and emptiness, with great character development.

Both set in a not-so-distant reality you don't know much how it came to be. You may enjoy the similar mechanical technology design, although Wonderful Days' sky theme is backgrounded. Both have very good art and music and well placed CGI, one important difference to mention is that while one is focused on developing the characters the other is in reaching the story's climax.

Both shows start with really intense psychological traumas of the main characters and develops the plot around that. You also have a common boy who builds up a lot of courage and a distant and quiet girl hard to open up. The supernatural plays a bigger part in Ghost Hound while Erased is more about thriller itself.
