Very similar themes with magic, an entire town being destroyed, a childhood friend needing to be rescued, and some ecchi and playing with a group of girls.

Tasogare Otome x Amnesia

Getting an undead girl friend and helping them with their undead problems. Nice drama and romance for each of them. Both get pretty dark at some point. In Dusk Maiden the girl starts just teasing the few people who can see her and discovering how she died, why she hasn't moved on, and discovering her dark side which keeps her here. In Sankarea it quickly gets to why the girl wants to die and become a zombie, the rest being dealing with a person stuck inside a corpse and can't be shown off too much.

Koe no Katachi

Kids with a disability cause feels, for Silent Voice it's deafness and being too passive when making friends followed by the bullies point of view, for Kotoura it's ESP paired with social skills that never develop. Kotoura has a much shorter story with lots of filler in the middle but while Koe no Katachi takes it's time a bit it never feels as filler-y. Kotoura adds an interesting supernatural element to a slice of life comedy while Koe no Katachi plays a real issue straight forward. Both have girls beaten down because of something they can't control and the bully realize it was wrong and try to make it better.

Heroes from legend are brought into modern day and meet up. Fate is a large series with many heroes looking back at their legends, Zero is the better part to be animated so far. Re Creators takes some fictional characters it made up and has them meet their creators and meet other genres.

Gabriel DropOut

Angels and devils forced into a slice of life situation fighting among each other with a hint of role reversal, although both sides end up just being friends that secretly hate each other. Both have a lot of comedy but Maou sama has a bit more story and character focus (doesn't always work but it's good) while Gabriel was made for laughs and a few of common trope characters everyone loves.

Jitsu wa Watashi wa

Loser highschooler gets supernatural girlfriend which cascades into every girl around him thinking he's awesome, nonsensical comedic moments ensue. To Love Ru is themed more consistently on a new alien every episode and has a lot more ecchi to the point it gets tiring but still has enough chaos to be entertaining while Jitsu Watashi quickly mixes fantasy and sci fi themes with a bit less crazy things but the ecchi is much more controlled. Both female leads are sort of air heads, main difference is Lala invents more things to get the gang in trouble (and again, ecchi is more common with her show) while Youko is just slow in an endearing cute way.

Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon

Cute girls with superpowers find themselves doing cute things around town with puny humans. Ika certainly acts like she's a civilization destroying dragon but doesn't show off as much power and everyone just accepts she has a weird head thing while Dragon Maid each new character has superpowers and is hiding. Both are great comedies and have a touching moment here or there.
