I've watched a ton of anime, but no anime comes close to Konosuba for me. I've re-watched this series probably upwards of 10 times already with multiple friends, always loved it and laughed my ass off. This anime is unique and unlike any other.

I love how every character has unique traits, amazing designs, and fantastic comedic potential. This season does not fail to live up to the hype from the previous two I've watched, in fact I love this season maybe even more. This season manages to keep up the same form of the comedy and make it just as good if not better. ... Many anime fall off after a long break between seasons, but I'm glad this is not one of those anime.

So far having watched 6 episodes of this season I can confidently say the season's uniqueness yet same vibe as of the previous seasons allows it to live up to all my expectations and exceed them.

The mix between building on characters from the past and adding new characters is great and doesn't feel like either is forced, they work in a well balanced harmony.

The voice actors are amazing at their jobs, they make their voices resonate with the characters, as if they are their own. The openings and endings being sung by these voice actors definitely add to the overall vibe of the anime and sound great.

Overall, this season managed to bump up this anime to my top 1 spot and I'm still looking forward to the episodes that will air in the future, in my opinion this anime is a must watch for any anime fan.

Well, after watching this anime I really enjoyed it up to the point the studio improvised and strayed away from the manga, and as a result I read some of the manga and it's so much better.

I love the characters in this show, I get that some of them had to die, but I believe too many of them died in too short of a timespan, without much backstory or actual screentime, kind of just gave them 1 episode of some story and then sent them off dying, which I believe was just quantity or quality. They didn't get quality deaths and the ... anime makers tried to make up for the effect with the amount of deaths, which just made it worse. A few arcs were skipped from the manga and in general I love the manga and If the anime had followed the manga I'd have given it a high 9 or even a 10, however this anime absolutely ruined itself when it strayed from the manga.

I really loved the characters as they all appeared full of personality and potential, however most of them got all of that potential completely wasted as they were just killed off. Even though I loved most of the characters their deaths didn't have that much impact on me, except for Mine's death. Mine was one of the characters that got at least SOME character development, and the instant she got some of it she was just killed off instantly. Everyone else just kind of died without having any development at all.

Tatsumi and Mine relationship was so much better in the manga, in the anime all they got was some weak buildup, and then Mine just died while confessing to Tatsumi, which gave us almost nothing of their relationship which was really disappointing now after having read the manga. I really believe this series had immense potential if only the studio hasn't gotten impatient and tried to build it's own story which was nothing like the manga. It just gave us meaningless deaths without too much character development and only characters that got any kind of character development were just killed off instantly.

My enojoyment of the series overall was very high uptil the point the anime started improvising and rushing. It had a potential to be such a good anime, yet it just ruined everything with the last few episodes. In the manga, many characters got more character development and happier fates, which I believe even in a dark themed sad piece were necessary. If you just kill off every character without giving them any worth it does not have very much impact, that's why only Mine's death had impact on me, but I believe Mine and Tatsumis relationship had much more potential to it to just end it instantly, as seen in the manga.

I really really hope for a reboot of this series, which would stay faithful to the manga without skipping any arcs or changing the story, which I believe would do much better than this version as well as allow for the sequel of "Hinonawa Ga Crush". I would really love to see the manga content animated as I loved reading it very much, and I would've loved watching it tenfold more, however a reboot is highly unlikely as we haven't heard anything for the last 5 years. I still don't want to lose hope as we got Overlord IV, Classroom of the Elite 2, Hataraku Maou-sama 2, and many more which were unlikely to happen.
I believe a reboot could make more profit as it would be something many people would wish happened and as the manga is finished many people could want to see it animated with it already being out there and being pretty popular.

This is generally my first time rating an anime so harsh or writing a review, because I'm really disappointed with how much potential got wasted and really hope I could impact it to some degree if even a little. I usually don't take rating seriously but I was just so sad such a potentially amazing anime was ruined. I've seen many similar opinions on the anime everywhere as many people liked it very much and then got massively dissapointed by the ending, so I hope there's just that tiny chance for a reboot.
