I don't really understand the hype of this.
Solo Leveling, on the good side, the animation quality is good, fight scenes are lit, OP-ED and OSTs are nice as well... that is A-1 Pictures for you when they have enough budget, they can deliver... but that is all good thing I can say about the show...
The problem is, of course, the story is very flat
From a weak E-rank hunter, the MC suddenly becomes a gigachad who can solo everything as the title suggested (ok, well yeah, sure, why not). Other characters have little to do with the story. His appearance changed too, now he is a
...
perfectly handsome guy, popular among girls, with cool & calm voice (seriously?). This is the same problem with many Manhwa I have seen that they have to make MC too perfect (for what?). I find that the original MC is more interesting, he has unique personality and character...
I can see this gets 6-7 score at best,
If you like Manhwa, "A Returner's Magic Should Be Special" is much better than "Solo Leveling" IMO. The MC is also a cool guy, yes, but he didn't try to do everything alone, he helps his friends and builds his team. There are a lot more character interactions, background story, thinking, and planning.

The Iceblade Sorcerer...
is in short, well, a trash action-fantasy anime... It has the same recycled plot with an overpowered MC, magic school academy, Noble-Commoner discrimination BS, and cute girl harem... I mean, I expected this before I watched but I don't mind this repeated plot (I like it)... It will still be fun and can entertain me if it has some good storytelling, execution, and quality...
The story:
I would say it has potential, the magic concept is good, MC's abilities are cool, and the overall characters are interesting... However, these are all good things I can say about it (well, girls are cute too)... The
...
execution and pacing are very bad, it's just too flat and rushed. There is no preamble, connection, peak romance, or climax drama, story events just happen here and there randomly...
The quality is BAD
The drawing is mediocre... the animation is stiff... the fighting sequences are boring shooting and slashing... There is really nothing to talk about.
I come here with low expectations
I know it is a recycled plot but I don't mind, I only want some nice fight scenes and cute girls... This is the result of a low budget and rushed 12 EPs adaption... The Iceblade Sorcerer could be a good one with enough budget and episodes... For now, it's watchable, but I do not recommend it.

Kimizero is...
Well, I really want to like this show, it has everything for a good romance anime... It has nice art, cute Gyaru FMC, and a promising premise... However, when you look into its MAL score, it gets below 7.0 and there are more 'bad' reviews than 'good' ones... You know something went very wrong here...
The story:
Is pretty good, sweet, and deep actually (as I said, I really want it to be good)... Both main characters have enough backgrounds, reasons, and meanings behind them... However, the execution and pacing are just bad... I don't feel the peak drama or climax romance of the story, it
...
feels flat and random sometimes... MC is annoying because he is a "weak shy introverted nerd"
The problem is, this guy doesn't improve as a man,
this is why it's boring and people (viewers) stop rooting for him.
When he has a problem,
he keeps it shut, doesn't speak, and avoids meeting the person... which is awkward and doesn't solve anything... I know he is a nerd (me too), but it's not fun when MC repeats the same things...
The Quality: Is BAD
The only good thing is the FMC... The overall drawing is mediocre... The animation is just bad, there are many weird and stiff movements... The facial expressions are dull, character faces don't deliver the emotion while Seiyuus give their all.
Overall: 5/10
I do not recommend Kimizero, unless you don't have anything else to watch. You can also watch Fuukoi, both FMC Gyaru are voiced by Saori Oonishi, sooo it's the same thing with better execution and quality.

Darwin's Game,
is a high-stakes game in which players kill other players for points (rewards). In other words, it's a survival-killing fest or battle royale. I can also say it's a cheap Fate/Stay Night or Fate/Zero... Instead of using magic, they use just martial arts, swords, handguns, grenades, etc. So it's more raw and gore here... Instead of summoning servants, players are granted a unique skill that is largely unbalanced, some are too OP, and some are way useless...
The story is nothing special.
They kill players in an open city, kill police officers, people are missing every day, and nobody thinks it's weird? The game is
...
large-scale, 200+ players die in one event. There are clan wars and mafia gangs... It is also easy to invite anyone using a smartphone, people can accidentally click and join the game... Nobody (except MC's party) can think that they can buy a war machine gun, sniper rifle, rocket launcher, or tank where the game has no limits or rules.
Many silly things going on here. If they want battle royale, they should set the stage on a deserted island, a closed city, a VR game (where you die for real), or an Isekai world with more concrete settings and rules. So it makes more sense.
On the good side,
MC and his party members have brains and personalities. The story has some back-and-forth strategy. MC's skill has limitless possibilities (this dude is just like Emiya Shirou from Fate/Stay Night lol). Shuka (FMC) also borrows a big page from Kurumi Tokisaki (Date a Live).
The quality is actually good,
there are real fight scenes and good animation sequences here.
Reina Ueda's voice in Shuka is really-really hot.
Overall is 6/10 show
If you throw all silly logic out, it's a decent action show (if you like survival-killing) at least. I finished the show, but I didn't enjoy it as much. It's not a bad show but I don't recommend Darwin's Game in general.

Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki
is an odd one... this anime is not really Romance or RomCom. It's more like a geeky-gamer nerd makeover to try-hard life normie because we do not get much romantic (there are some but only a touch on the surface) and the drama part is not love drama or love triangle, it's more about the gamer's social status (look down or bully).
As the title suggested,
MC is a GOD in the game but he is a bottom-tier trash loser in real life, while FMC is a perfectionist GOD-tier both in the game and IRL. They met IRL and FMC decided to help MC makeover.
...
However, they see people as objects (or NPCs) and only talk to them to fulfill objectives or missions. This is fine in early EPs, but it is getting weird and awkward after...
MC talks to a guy to practice, he dates a girl for EXP, and to get a girlfriend for social status... This is so wrong because he doesn't have interest (or love) in that person. The whole conversation is awkward, not organic, because it's scripted. At least, MC realized this mistake as he progressed (around EP10), otherwise, this would be a trash anime...
The quality is... surprisingly good:
The art is sharp and clean. The characters are well-drawn, girls are very cute (FMC included). It's not stunningly good but it's plenty good for a seasonal TV anime, there is no poorly drawn scene. Hisako Kanemoto's voice acting is so good here, she can be very harsh or girly at any time. It's like 'Nakiri Erina' is stepping on me when she is harsh. Her girly voice is very charming also.
Overall... 7/10
I still have 'Mixed Feelings' about 'Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki'. I do not enjoy it as much (yet) since it is hard to watch because of awkward conversations. However, this is not a bad anime, the plot is interesting, the character development is good, and the quality is great also. Now (as of writing time) the 2nd season is airing, I will see if it has a good following...

The Synopsis is very... weird:
Why does the school need students to do this "Marriage Practical"? Why do they need to stay together? in the same room? not with their family? Why is this course even mandatory? not optional? Nobody knows. The couple ranking is weird, everything is weird, the system doesn't make sense. However, if you can get past this weird premise (or ignore it), this anime is not bad. After all, it's just fiction, we watch anime to have fun anyway (not nitpicking).
The overall story is fun, but not new:
It's a fake relationship or pretended couple (just like Nisekoi) category of "we're only fake
...
lovers, but ended up falling in love for real". Characters are likable, some are annoying but not unbearable. The MC is a chicken, but he does improve. The FMCs are classic "Sexy beautiful out-going Gyaru" and "My cute innocent childhood friend (Osananajimi)". You can get some fun Rom-Com, Drama, Conflict, and Love rivalry from the story.
The quality is decent:
The drawing is just average, but I really like the color pallet choice of this anime. It's bright and vivid, which highlights the fun of this show very well. The voice acting is good also.
I give Fuukoi 7/10:
While it's not stellar good or anything but it has some fun and good moments. I can recommend this to people who like Romance or Romcom anime in general (I think Nisekoi is much better).

The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten,
is a 100% sugar-sweet romance anime between the MC who is rather a dull introvert from the outside (but he is actually a good cool guy) and the FMC who looks like a pure perfect beautiful lady from the outside. She is so perfect in every possible way that everyone calls her "Angel". However, she doesn't know true love and needs to wear an angel mask all the time.
They opened up to each other because the MC has helped her on her bad day (there are reasons for this), thus she feels the need to repay him back and
...
they start to learn and understand each other.
Outside of the premise that is "too good to be true",
The story is flat, there is no drama, conflict, love rival, or love triangle.
It's not even a RomCom, it's 100% sugar only (if not 120%).
Quality is average,
There is no glaringly bad scene, or stunningly beautiful scene either. The FMC is, of course, very cute and likable (especially if you like her round face and big sparkling eyes). Voice acting is a bit weird at first, but it does fit when you understand her character.
Overall is healing and feeling good,
I gave this 7/10 "Mixed Feelings" because there is nothing very wrong or bad, but it's not special either. If you're a romance-anime enjoyer, you will surely love this anime. Otherwise, there are better pieces like "Tsuki ga Kirei", "My Love Story with Yamada-kun", and several more.

TLDR; The story is fine, but the quality is really... really bad
While Hataraku Maou-sama is essentially a comedy anime, SS1 has real-good quality and solid fighting animation sequences. The show has a good balance of comedy and action blend, which is why people love it so much. After almost 10 years, it returned... just to disappoint everyone.
To be fair, I don't mind the new artistic style and understand the studio change. The new art has its charm also, if they do it right, some scenes are pretty good. However, oh boi, they ruined the anime. The overall art is sloppy and lacks detail, I can
...
tell from EP4 that many faces are way off-model even in simple still scenes (not in-between).
The fighting scene is horrible... It's like the characters are just talking, not fighting. It only has beam shooting, simple slashing, and boring punching even in the last EP which is supposed to be the climax. There is no such excitement to be found here.
The problem is the budget and the studio is just a small outsourced one. If you check the end credit names, they're mostly Korean names. The people behind this are not passionate animators, they only finish it to get paid, which is... very sad. I don't want to blame the studio too much. The producer and harsh anime industry are to blame... honestly.
I gave 4/10 because it's below average.
I watch the show because the story and pacing are not that bad and I am a fan of Hikasa Youko and Touyama Nao voices.

The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen,
is another Otome game/novel anime that female FMC reincarnated in a fantasy world. Not as the main Heroine, but she is an evil last-boss Villainess (very strong). Which... is not new, this genre has become very popular recently in various settings and storytelling, after HameFura's success (I think). Even though I am a man, I enjoy this category quite a bit as well.
The story,
is interesting and fun in the first few episodes. Since FMC is a vivid fan of the "Our Ray of Light" game series, she knows everything and knows the future. She tries to fix her doomed future
...
which she will ruin her country and get killed by the main Hero.
The problem is,
the story is kinda flat after that. She executed her plan flawlessly and avoided all mistakes, which is too perfect in my opinion. From the most hated evil villainess, she turns 180 degrees and becomes the most loved princess. The story doesn't have many surprises or plot twists.
For an otome game genre,
it doesn't have much love rival, conflict, or love triangle because the supposedly real Heroine is her sister and FMC treats her with love very well, thus there is no sister drama either. Everyone is all good friends here in this story timeline.
Maybe it's still too early? or need SS2 continuation? because I still don't see real enemies, country conflicts, war, or anything yet. FMC is still 15 y/o but the actual game should start when she is 18 y/o.
Quality is ok,
The art is nicely drawn, the girls are cute and wear noble fuwa-fuwa fluffy dresses all the time. The boys are shoujo-style (too handsome). The animation is average but it's not bad (many Isekai are worse than this).
Overall,
I give Lastame 7/10 "Mixed Feelings" because it's not bad (but that's all about it). You can enjoy this if you like feel-good no-drama otome Isekai anime. Otherwise, you can skip this show.

Kuro no Shoukanshi (Black Summoner)
is interesting in the first few episodes when MC starts his new life learning the world/system and building his team/party. After that, it's flat, pretty boring, and predictable. There is not so much drama, peak, or climax. The dude is strong (just like other Isekai MCs), and he has everything (Hot goddess waifu, Elf maid, Demon princess, Imouto, etc).
The Art is decent at least, girls are cute.
The Animation is mediocre at best, fight scenes are just simple slashes and magic shooting, with some awkward CGI action. Voice acting is ok, Reina Ueda's sweet soothing sound fits the goddess nicely. I don't
...
like MC's voice, it's so flat-dead. The dude doesn't get excited, hyped up, or anything.
There is not much to say,
It's passable if you like Isekai, Harem, Cute girls, and you have so much time, and you already watched other good Isekai. Otherwise, skip this show.
Fun fact: MC is supposed to lose all his past-life memory, but the dude remembers everything about Japanese culture. He wants to eat rice/sushi and bathe in onsen lol.
