Koi Kaze and After the Rain both deal with a relationship that can be seen as taboo. After the rain deals with a high school girl who falls in love with her noticeably older manager at work. Koi Kaze also deals with this age difference, but also adds a blood relationship between the couple to create drama. After the Rain focuses on the female protagonist, Tachibana, while Koi Kaze focuses on the male protagonist, Koshiro. While After the Rain is a more lighthearted and comfy show, Koi Kaze delves into the taboo aspects of the relationship and approaches a more realistic and dramatic take.

Both feature a large cast of characters fighting to the death in a battle royale setting. Ikusei Keikaku uses the cute magical girl trope and adds the battle royale trope as a dark twist early on in the show. Juuni Taisen's main focus is the battle royale setting and therefore is set in an abandoned city set as the arena. Both have some pretty "unique" character designs and both have a repeating aspect of showing a character's backstory before said character meets an "unfortunate demise." While not the best written shows, both are very entertaining in similar fashions.

Despite both being set in a post-apocalyptic world, both series' focus more on the comfy SoL style to keep the viewer's attention. Both like to make great moments out of the simplest things and ma Whereas Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou focuses more on the setting and enphasises it's post-apocalyptic world, Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou leaves it's setting behind to focus more on it's diverse set of characters. Yokohama also tends to be more psychological than Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou. If you like Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou, you will most likely enjoy Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou.

Rewrite 2nd Season

Semi-overpowered main character does things he doesn't want to do to save the world from ruin. Along side him is a loli character who has more of an impact to the story than you might think. Along the way, the protagonist meets different characters that he befriends/betrays. Casshern Sins is more of a psychological anime with slow pacing compared to Rewrite which is more of a fantasy/action anime. If you like one, I am sure you will like the other.
