tomoe and adam are total baddies. Kicking butts and taking names. nobunagun is more action pack and scifi with E holders while kamisama kiss is more a shoujo romance type. Both Tomoe and Adam have the same attitude with Nanami and Shio. Dont care really. i loved them both and want second seasons for both. Both endings are eerily similar.

Both Tomoe and Miyuki are protectors of the main girls. Tomoe is a fox demon and at first sees a romantic relationship with Nanami (who is a god in human flesh) as "inappropriate", kinda like how one sees an employer and an employee going out. Miyuki, however, is not confident in himself and his abilities. Both Tomoe and Miyuki carry chips on their shoulders that the MC girls find out. The difference is that while Nanami is a Goddess of the Land, Izumiko is a "vessel" for a "kami" spirit. Izumiko is also more shy and quite while Nanami is more energized and out going.

I am surprisingly shocked that no one has made a reccomended Castle in the Sky for Elemental Gelade. Princess Sheeta = Ren, Pazu = Cou. Ren is an Edel Raid and direct descendant of the Metherlence bloodline while Sheeta is of a Laputan Royal line. Pazu joins Dola's sky pirates while Cou IS a sky pirate. In any case if you like one then you will most definitely will like the other
