Both "Say 'I Love You'" and "A Day Before Us" have relationship build up and similar intrest within Slice of Life and Romance. If you aren't intrested in K-Anime I reccommend "A Day Before Us" and a good start-off into the genre.

Basically survival and a bit of thrill (or horror, whatever you consider to yourself), and it adds in the same escape and monsters. The Promised Neverland may seem a little weird and not a good anime, but I'm gonna be honest with you... It's the better version of 7 Seeds.

Owari no Seraph and God Eater have similer things. 1) They have a wall to protect them from monster/Vampire 2) They use a weapon to kill the monsters 3) They need to find something or someone and bring them back 4) Some goes on in the wall that they use.

God Eater and Attack on Titan have similar things. In God eater a Monsters are eating and killing humans, in Attack on Titan a Titan is eating and killing humans. They both even have WALLS! And the Monsters/Titans BREAK THEM!!! You even need to use WEAPONS to kill them.
