If I can define this anime in one sentence, it would be: "If the first season was 100% hype and joy, the second season was 100% crying and emotion"
In this season, we can already clearly see the evolution of Mob, who starts thinking about himself, making friends, talking to others normally, and who tries to do things he never would have done in the first season. But it isn't the Main Character, Mob, who make this season astonishing, but the secondary characters and their development.
Seriously, the first
...
episode was already a shock and the ending with Gray by Sajou no Hana was perfect, afterall Mob just wanted to see a world with colors. And for the first arc, the Reigen arc, that was one of the top 10 arcs of all existing anime, While you see the new Mob, you can see the TRUE Reigen, his past, his fear, and the best of all, his change. It's such a shame than Crunchroll translated the reference of "You're a Good Guy" (First Reigen teaching to Mob) to "You're a Genuinely Good Person"
Season Three never gonna come, so for those who don't wanna read the manga i can say this season is perfect in the start, in the development, and in the ending!!
