This manga is set in a world where having super powers is normal. However, all of the characters are far from normal. Many have insane powers that can alter not just their own lives, but the whole world. The real selling point of the series is the humorous interactions of 2 gals with crazy abilities. 1 can see the future, and the other can hop between timelines. Of course you can't forget the main character, who... Can shine? It explores their, and some other very interesting characters, daily lives. fully leaning into tropes for comedic effect. It takes various wacky scenarios, the kind that pops into your head randomly, and explores them to their end point. If you are a fan of "random" humour, this might be for you. Although it can make use of "random" humour, it is utilised incredibly well, to the point where every punchline feels like it had a whole series of build up. One of my favourite parts of the manga is that sometimes the event are on an epic scale, and sometimes it's simple daily life, but regardless themes of friendship and putting aside differences run throughout. For these people their powers aren't anything special. Even if they lose sight of it for a second, they continuously remind themselves to stay respectful of others, and put aside differences between people. They show careful conderation at times we least expect it, making even us wonder about our own preconceptions. Despite being outrageously flamboyant characters, this gives them a surprising feeling of normalcy amidst the chaos.
Basically, characters doing funny stuff with super powers. It doesn't miss a beat.
