Hatenkou Yuugi and Kamisama remind me of each other a lot; They both have a young girl traveling with sort of a "father complex", and in a fantasy world with some gore. They're directed to different audiences, but they've got the same feel.

The Queen's Knight

Just started reading The Queen's Knight, but they both have the same concept; Girl falls into a new world, falls in love with a prince, but despite that she still wants to go back to her family. Red River's still my #1 favorite, though. Compared to Red River, The Queen's Knight isn't anything great at all.

Hana to Akuma

They're both very different; Hana to Akuma was a lot longer, and had more of a "romantic feel", though Kieli was romantic, too... But they're both about two young girls who are in love/dependent on an older male who never dies. Though H to A had a much sadder ending, they're both very bittersweet.

The main characters are.. similar, I suppose. They're both pretty sophisticated... I don't know. Both manga are pretty cute, though pretty different. Personally, I like Tonari a lot better, haha.

Saver
|
Both are about two girls who get transported back into Ancient Europe and must fight a war to get what they wish for; both have romance for the main character, though Saver a little less so. Still, they're both really good, and all the while I read Red River I kept thinking of Saver.

Both stories revolve around an impaired male and a cheerful girl. Though Boku is a lot more serious, both are comical, cute and sad. They're both very down to earth, too. Kingyou is a lot shorter, though.

Koizora: Setsunai Koimonogatari

Both mangas are very similar, but very different. Koizora is a lot darker than Boku and a lot less comical, but both of the mangas follow a romantic relationship with the male always trying to protect the girl. Both are real tear-jerkers.

Hanatsukihime

The two are so much alike but so incredibly different; They're both about a girl who really has no one in the world, and begins a journey on a male who is basically immortal in a fictional world. Hanatsukihime is pretty short, but Immortal Rain is a rather decent length. If you like one, you'll definitely like the other a lot, too.

Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu

The two are just so much a like. Both are pretty warm-hearted love stories with girls who are kind of nerdy but turn out to be pretty attractive, and a manwhore-type guy takes an interest in them. Kare First Love is a lot more "sweet" than KKWH, but it also has a mildly dark plot like KKWH. KFL is finished with 57 chapters, and KKWH is still ongoing.

Both have the whole commoner x rich dude thing down, and they're both pretty cute and funny. Plus, the main character is both all about doing something with their own strength, and not having to rely on other people. However, Kiss/Hug is a little more revolved around romance then Kaichou wa Maid-sama!.
