The elusive samurai should not be eluding anybody's watch list. This show has all the makings of something great. An amazing protagonist, quick, funny, and with a spirit that makes you want to root for him. A collection of side characters that each are likable and exciting in their own right. Built in a war torn world that acutllay has worldbuilding that puts most other anime to shame. Please watch just one episode of this show. It makes you feel shook, excited, and everything.
The title card might make the anime look a little odd but I assure you this show is going to be
...
great, if you have the time, take a little break from the generic isekai experience and watch this series that has characters that feel real, tackling a problem and going on a journey that feels mythical.
If you are a climber, congratulations, because you've reached peak.

I've been seeing slander upon Make Heroine ga Oosugiru! I went into this show blind and after just three episodes I can see again. To the hungry it is bread, to the depressed it is hope, and to anime fans everywhere it is undoubtedly peak. People are sleeping on this season but I assure you shows like this one make me believe this is one of the best seasons yet.
You've probably read the synopsis but it's about a story of a male protag navigating life with three female protagonists whose crush already all have a love interest. What follows is a bittersweet comedy that
...
makes you laugh a lot, cry a little, and have a great time all around.
The anime focuses on a male protagonist who has an actual personality and is bearable, an immediate plus. Then each of the three female leads are all distinct but human. Even though some might embody tropes, you will find out by the end of episode three that the show is willing to break through tropes and make the characters unique. You are rooting for everyone in this show, and hating none.
Please give this show a chance, the soundtrack and ending sequence makes me jump out of my chair every single time and I think that the only people losing in this anime, are the people who don't watch it!

This movie was just straight up dopamine. The pacing makes every scene go by at just the right speed, the soundtrack makes the moments emotional and exciting, the transitions are some of the most creative cuts I have ever seen, and the side characters steal the show everytime they are on screen. This movie is just 90 minutes long, and is the perfect film to watch on a rainy day where it seems like time slows to a standstill. It's a movie about making movies, and it did not disappoint!
Made by the same studio who brought summer tunnel: the exit of goodbyes.

Here me out about this one, I don't think an anime has to be truly good to be enjoyable. I'm sure we all have that show or movie that we know isn't a work of art or revolutionary material but we still enjoy it despite its many flaws. "Ningen who's title is too long for anyone to type out" is, in my opinion, that type of show. Its flaws are countless but I believe the premise has a lot of heart within it. Four ragtag mismatched individuals, each with their own flaws and bad habits form a group and become pillars for each other to

lean on. While the animation department nor the synopsis is doing it any favors I would be hesitant to just classify it as the generic isekai/fantasy bulk of the season. It has characters that are each unique (for christ's sake one person is legitimately an idol stan), and really cares about telling a fantasy story instead of deviating off into harems or overpowered self-insert fantasy protagonist type of degeneracy. While this isn't going to be something that's talked about even a week after it finishes airing I still believe more people should acknowledge and encourage it when fantasy stories that truly want to focus on the characters and story to get told. The later episodes may feel a little cringe-inducing at times but for what it's worth it's a solid 7.5 in my book, and since MAL doesn't offer decimals I'm in the mood to round up the show to an 8. Let's raise the curve of this show a little and get it out of the 6 range to a respectable 7!

Maquia tells a story not just of the most exciting portion of one's life but the entirety of it. While other movies try to capture just bits and pieces of human nature, Maquia captures each and every single goddamn piece of it. After reading other reviews, I understand the critiques that come with it; yes there are coincidences, yes the plot at times is shakier than my bank account at times, and yes, some characters have more screen time, and more of a full arc than others. But hey, that's life, and in the case of Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms, the stories of

the lives it captures is truly a masterpiece beyond anything I've ever seen. The story starts at the beginning of life and calamities of war, has characters that are foils of one another, is a coming-of-age story for so many characters, and has an ending that truly moved me in a way that few others have. This is a movie that's probably better enjoyed alone, a story that gets better the more you think about it, and at the end of the day, I believe is a movie, a piece of art that maybe just maybe make you view life in a little bit of a different light.

I stumbled upon this manga when the anime trailer popped onto my recommendation feed on Youtube prompting me to give the manga a try, I can happily say that I was pleasantly surprised. Crimson Ragna is a fantasy manga, that plot while generic being the standard main character wants to grow stronger and kill the bad entities in this case dragons yadayada is done in an engaging way.
Many stories similar to this one often struggle to be taken seriously the further it progresses, especially when they bestow the main character with some overpowered ability in one way or another, but the
...
pacing and characters (especially the villains later down the road) have enough depth and actual comedic moments for one to have a good time and not feel as if it's just some fella's self insert over powered daydream.
The art is solid and at times especially in the battle scenes absolutely gorgeous. As characters go Crimson is by far the most entertaining of the bunch, and while a lot of the characters feel flat and 2D at times the constant action and story are enough to cover for its weaker aspects.
As for it's weaker aspects one definitely has to be that it feels like the author whether too afraid or simply didn't have the creativity left decided to make the storyline so so contradictory to it's original premise in the first few chapters, throwing away a lot of what gave it originality. Opting instead for a plot that feels like the standard hero gets a cool gimmick superpower and then saves humanity that comes a dime a dozen. The only redeeming factor is that Crimson makes the journey bearable with their hilarious commentary and chemistry with all the characters in the story, allowing you to ignore some of the manga's faults long enough to get you to the spectacular battles and high points before dropping down and becoming generic again.
In summary for those who enjoy the fantasy/isekai(note this story is not an isekai) genre you should definitely give this story a try, but if you aren't already a fan of the medium no one will blame you for passing on this story.
Plot: 6/10
characters: 7.5/10
art: 9/10
Crimson 11/10

Link Click has one of, if not the strongest pilot episodes I have ever seen period. Every single scene is there for a purpose, that furthers the plot or provides another insight into it’s world. I believe it is refreshing how seriously Link Click trusts not only it’s story but it’s viewers. It doesn’t have a lengthy exposition, some monologue about how the world and time travel system works, it gives the viewer bits and pieces and knows that the story of Link Click is engrossing enough that the viewer will be willing to stick around despite being confused. The characters feel human, the dialogue

is cheeky and smooth especially if you understand Chinese, and I absolutely adore the way they portray each character. Even if there is a cliche, the cliche is executed well. We see an overworked, hired just for looks female assistant that isn’t revolutionary, but what is, is the humanity painted into them. Through just the food they encounter’ the repulsing eggrolls that is the norm in her city life, the ones she view as comforting from her parents back home, it creates true moments where the viewer can empathize with the character on the screen. This is one of the most beautiful shows I’ve seen in a long while and I truly recommend anyone who is interested to give the first episode a try.
