It does look inspired from Nisiosin's Monogatari series, and I'd say that Monogatari is a superior anime compared to Bunny Girl Senpai.

The main character who can see and communicate with the supernatural beings of the afterlife and an orange-haired girl with extremely large bosoms and a never ending appetite.

If you liked Koroshiya 1 add

...then you might like Dead Tube add

Both the protagonists are sadistic and perverted murder loving freaks while the MC of Dead Tube is superior in Intelligence levels and the MC of Koroshiya 1 is superior in Strength levels. The reader will get the outlook of gore published in the 90s through Koroshiya 1 and gore of the modern era through Dead Tube. Overall both of them are a must read if you're like me: a fan of seinen gore manga.

If you liked I Am a Hero add

...then you might like Zombie darake no Kono Sekai dewa Sex shinai to Ikinokorenai add

Both are zombie survival series with a four-eyes protagonist, but 'I am a Hero' being obviously the better one. You can give Zombie darake no Kono Sekai dewa Sex shinai to Ikinokorenai if you want some light hearted zombie gore with lots of ecchi.

The manga adaptation of Yosuga no Sora is actually a toned down version of Aki-Sora. Yosuga no Sora actually has a better character development and relationship plus very less H scenes.

Nagatoro officially becomes the third Goddess of Senpai-teasing after Uzaki. Both these anime are awfully similar in many aspects.

If you are interested in extreme violence and gore, then give Dead Tube a try, it has much more mature content and better characters than Deathtopia. Dead Tube also has some extreme 'shock' moments which you won't find in this one.
