They both have a similar feel. Both these stories feature an unpopular girl as the main character, and the story of how they change through the most popular guys in school, and how they make friends and fall in love. The only difference is that the girl in Kimi Ni Todoke wants to be liked, whereas as the girl in Sukitte Ii na yo would rather not get involved with others (at first that is). Though Kimi ni Todoke is more light-hearted than Sukitte Ii na yo. If you read one, I'm sure you'll enjoy the other.
