Overall the references are cute and the animation studio carried. VA's acting worked for what little they were given in terms of "story". There is no story, only vague concepts of freedom, friendship, and the will of humanity or some shit whatever.
Dunno why Enterprise is the MC here. They pulled some straws I guess.
