Do you like shows where the protagonist almost feels like the antagonist? Do you like shows where the protagonist has a special power that is powerful but has limitations to some degree. Making the best use of what they have at their disposal to reach their goal? Do you like shows where the protagonist tries to hold a secret identity with an alias held public? An alias which is supposed to represent a movement of some sorts Do you like shows where the protagonist tries to leave a positive impact on the world in one way or the other through negative means? Do you like shows that become complex where it includes heavy mind games, betrayal, and trickery? If you liked these aspects from one of the shows, then the other show might be worth your watch. They are very similar in a lot of ways after all. Personally, I liked Code Geass more.

Dororo

The main focus on both of these shows is that the main character/characters are trying to get their original bodies back. However, in order to do that they have to go through immoral means to get what they want. I would say Fullmetal Alchemist handles it much better though since there are more plot twists, world-building, and a conclusion that leaves the viewer with an important message, with all loose strings cut loose in the story. Dororo doesn't have a proper conclusion though, and the ending was more predictable since not many twists happened along the way.

If you liked To Your Eternity because of the powerful moments which made you bawl your eyes out. Then Made In Abyss might just be for you. - Both shows cover the theme of loss and learning to come in terms with the truth. - Both Shows explore what it truly means to be human, both literally and figuratively. - Both shows have incredibly sad moments and characters that you easily get attatched to, before they get sent off. Made In Abyss and To Your Eternity isn't afraid to play with your heart, because the stories just goes in whatever direction is feels like going. Personally these are the darkest shows I've seen to date, and are the ones that have gotten me the most emotional.

Both Animes are about an overpowered MC who basically can't lose against anyone. However, in Mob Psycho 100 the theme is approached differently. Where Shigeo Kageyama the main character doesn't consider himself special because of his powers. 'Just because you have a talent it doesn't mean you're likeable' is the message. Where the premise of the show is about Kageyama trying to live a normal life while trying to become a better person. Except he gets involved in situations where he is forced to use his powers. Oh yeah, the eyes of Saitama and Kageyama are basically the same lol

- Both tackle the theme of the MC going back in time in order to save someone precious. In Steins Gate, it gets much more complex compared to Re:Zero Through, with the addition of world lines, time loops, and going forward in time. As in Re:Zero it's just about going back. - A big difference between these two shows is the world settings. Steins Gate is more sci-fi-like. Meanwhile the world of Re:Zero is set in an Isekai Fantasy World. - Both shows have wholesome and dark moments, really dark moments. To the point where you think there is no hope left for the main character. Until the big satisfying comeback comes forth. - Both main characters are pretty goofy in nature, although I would lean towards Subaru being slightly more cringe than Okabe. They also act pretty similarly when something serious happens. Mental breakdowns
