First of all, Akitsuki is a little BITCH!
That is mainly what this review is about, and it is to warn you that if you don't wanna follow a shitty male lead for 26 episodes, then don't bother with this show. If this doesn't bother you too much, Suzuka is definitely worth checking out.
Suzuka is a fine romance anime but it would b A LOT better if it didn't have one of the worst male leads ever. Seriously, if we are going to spend 80% of the show following Akitsuki Yamato's actions and thoughts, then it sure as hell would be a whole lot more enjoyable

if Akitsuki wasn't a total bitch. If you look at the motiviation of ANY of his actions through the first few episodes, you'll see they all revolve around himself and what he wants. Any little thing Suzuka does he automatically thinks she did it because of him because he is full of himself and thinks everything is about him (which sadly it is) I cannot decide if the creators of this anime were trying to make this character likeable, and if they were, then it was a complete failure and it makes Akitsuki all the worse of a male lead.
Beyond Akitsuki Yamato literally being a whiny crybaby, the rest of the show was good, altho the enjoyment factor does go down bcuz no1 can enjoy a show if the lead is a pussy.
Be warned! I know that there are a lot of shows where all you wanna do is hate the lead character, and personally i find it hard to enjoy following the stories of those douchebags. And thus, this review is to let you know that Suzuka can be one of those shows! If you don't like that in a show, don't watch it!
