Im not going to write something that hasnt been mentioned in the other reviews. The show is an extremely generic battle shounen much like Kaiju No8. But on the contrary Kaiju No8 has at least some logic because the characters fight monsters with special suits and weapons and is based on the good old formula of monster hunting. Here we have a school that has no principal, no teachers and no explanation for how it exists or what purpose it serves in education. There is no good drama either and the teenagers have extraordinary powers and also no parents! The comedy feels extremely forced

This show was disappointing. From the start right until the halfway point it was good in every aspect, the action, the suspense, the struggles of the main character etc. However from the middle point onwards Kei Nagai the main character who suddenly has new powers has taken the backseat and we are following the psychotic ambitions of a middle aged man who wants to take over the country and is causing mayhem in Tokyo. Also no mention for his friend or his mother its like the stopped existing after a certain point in the show. Personally i did not mind the animation i thought that

I was thinking whether i should watch this or not in the end i gave it a go. First of all the synopsis for this series isnt quite reflected on the episodes. Only 4 or 5 episodes are about the struggle between the local gangs the other are about the so called middle man Makoto doing choirs for local residents or immigrants. There is not the drama implied in the description. Also action is limited and the episodes arent well connected with each other. In the end the anime isnt horrible but dont have high expectations for it. It could have been much much better.

The show has lost its direction from the start of the season. Remember the base of the story is about the operation Stryx and the fact that Loid created a family for his adopted daughter to get into the school and get closer to his goal which is to get information for the antagonist. In this context we would see his struggles with his family and also the struggles of the other family members.
