Both the main boy characters are cursed and transform when they get wet! Comedy and romance (very obvious hints of it). Ramna 1/2 has less emphasis on finding the cure for the curse and is more slice of life, whereas Kero Kero is about the journey to find a cure. Both made in the 90s!

...then you might like Binbougami ga! add

Some ecchi but nothing too crazy. Both really funny! Yamada is the splitting image of Sakura; they both are super popular in their school and appear to be selfish, big-headed and generally think they are above everyone else, but actually have a kinder, naiver side. Their relationships with their boys are also similar (eg. Don't want to admit they like the guy)
