If youi are interested in this anime, I highly recommend reading the manga.
The anime speeds through the plot, skipping out details and the pacing is absolutely insane. You miss out on how relationships form, how one thing leads to another and why things need to happen.
Most of the time it had me wondering why they adapted it this way. My only idea is that they just wanted to reach one of the "high-stakes" confrontations as a season finale.
If you are interested in the premise and want to watch the anime, I genuinely urge you to read at least the first 10 or so chapters before
