The current plot summary is telling very little of how horrible this manga actually is.
Short story shorter, the story is about a girl who can project her thoughts (more than ofter perverted) to others by touch and a boy who can read her thoughts even when they touch through clothing.
While the idea itself is not bad and neither not original, it's presented so terrible, you'll be wanting to drop this already short manga. And here's why.
At the very first chapter when I started to read the manga, I became puzzled and confused about things going on there. Eventually I understand what I read somehow, but
...
it still wasn't any better. After reading first 3 chapters, it felt like I was missing some pages. But when I looked, I didn't. Everything was in order. Reading this manga, it felt like mangaka didn't know what he was doing. It's like he suddenly forgot to mention some things in between story plots, thus making holes. Also, it looked like he tried to include as many genres into some chapters, that it became ridiculous. Sometimes, he tried to make some action plots look so cool, that it became embarrassing to read. And it's filled with so many clichē's, that you'll want to puke.
Comedy. There's almost none of it. I think I can remember laughing maximum 1 or 2 times after all the manga. Most of the time when author think he's funny and making a funny joke, it's not funny or original at all. Just plain horrible.
Ecchi. Yet again, there's almost none of it. Which, by the way, is pretty weird. The whole manga plot is around the fact that the main heroine is a perverted girl with perverted thoughts. But ecchi scenes or context spans out for maximum 2-3 pages, never to be mentioned again. The maximum you can get out of ecchi, is 2 bra-shots and 2 panty-shots during all the 14 chapters of manga. Rest is things like 'P.E. clothing' or 'School swimsuit' shot, which can not be considered ecchi at all (just normal). Also, the whole ecchi as genre itself disappears somewhere in the middle of the manga.
Romance. Even this is bad. While this could be the only thing that rises the 'Story' score from 2 to 3, it's still not very good. While it is true that 14 chapters is not very long time for a good story to develop, I've read one-shots that are million times better than this. The characters are acting unrealistically, the emotions are all so 'acted' upon. The author obviously didn't know what he wanted to do with this. He yet again made many plot holes, making me feel like I'm reading a book with torn-out pages.
School. Well, at least the author got an excuse for the 'school' part not being any way it should be. It's all in the 1st chapter on Why. Though, IMO, this whole weird school plot is just stupid, unfunny and unnecessary.
Conclusion:
Overall, this felt like a elementary-graders fanfic of some sorts, not a real manga. The author has no idea what 'Character Development' means (telling in manga that it HAPPENED doesn't make it so). Boring walls-of-text are probably also not very good in a story (unless this is pre-bed manga that's supposed to make you sleepy). It's very bad overall, except the artwork. But artwork is made by another person, so it's no surprise there. This manga is not even in "so-bad-it's-good" category. This is just plain regular bad.
