First of all: Iria- Zeiram the Animation fits the sci-fi and adventure genres. If you are interested in watching this title, get prepared to watch some nice fighting scenes!
Story: Iria is a bounty hunter, and follows her brother´s footsteps.
She goes along with Gren (her brother) to a mission...and since that she won´t get satisfied until she destroys Zeiram...an alien lifeform created to kill and destroy.
The plot is fantastic! 10/10
Art: Even though the artwork isn´t recent, I think it is wonderful...the colors well chosen, the graphics well made and lets admit: Iria is a gorgeous bounty hunter!
10/10
Sound: The background music is very good! It is old
...
and has some 80´s/90´s catch, and the OP is real good! At first you think it is a bit strange...^^ 9/10
Character: The characters are well developed, but the main thing of the story is Iria...she is a bold and strong woman, that won´t relax until she finishes her duty...She shows herself a bit fragile in some moments, but when it comes do Zeiram she will try by all means to destroy what is tecnically "undestroyable".
9/10
Enjoyment: As a fan of adventure, sci-fi and great fights, Iria- Zeiram the Animation is excting, and at least 99% enjoyable! A true classic! 9/10
Overall: 9/10...if you like sci-fi genre, this is a classic and a must see! So sad there isn´t more of it!!

Binbou Shimai Monogatari is a good slice of life/drama anime title.
Story: Asu and Kyou had survived quite a tragedy- mom had died and dad ran away from home, leaving both alone.
The story is a bit sad, because they don´t have lots of choices as regular kids and teens have...Kyou works to pay bills and buy food in sales. Asu cleans the house and prepares everything.
But their mother looks after them...and protects them!
And not everything is pretty and simple in their "struggle for survival"...but what is beautiful about this anime title is that even though things aren´t fine for both, as long as they´re together they
...
can surpass it! 8/10
Art: The artwork is well made, graphics are pretty and simple. The colors chosen are well arranged. Simply loved it! 9/10
Sound: The background sounds are great! OP and ED are cute, to break a bit some sadness the episodes can bring. 9/10
Character: The characters are well developed even though the series is too short (10 episodes only). Kyou and Asu are very attached to each other, so people tend to see them as exagerated in their attitudes or reactions...8/10
Enjoyment: In some parts it seems the series is being too dramatic and emotional, but in general, the series is a great title! 8/10
Overall: Some might say this series is exagerated and too clichê, but I think it is just as fine as it is!
For all the reasons I appointed in this review Binbou Shimai is a must see, for people who enjoy drama/slice of life genre.

Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou is a "story" about Alpha, a robot, whose owner went away on a trip and hasn´t returned.
Alpha runs a coffee shop, that never has customers.
The story takes place in an era post-war, in which low technology is side by side with a robot that cries, feels and has non-typical robot behavior.
Alpha receives as a present from her owner a camera, to register her most dear memories.
Story:
Mediocre...Alpha is a robot that feels, cries, drinks coffee and lots of stuff that robots don´t do, she even has weak memory (?!).
The two OAVs (first part of the series) show her routines, some chit
...
chats with her "friends" and lots of scenario, landscape...
Art:
The artwork is beautiful, even though these OAVs are from the 90´s. The clouds, birds, trees, sea and everything are really well made.
Sound:
Some background music that doesn´t get along with the images...
There isn´t much work for the seiyuu, because there is almost no dialogues.
Character:
I didn´t catch very well the concept for this OAVs...not much development, only some images and tedious scenes.
Enjoyment:
While watching this series I almost fell asleep twice. The background music all the time, and the lack of dialogues made me feel very sleepy.
In some parts of the first OAV I was having fun and in the second OAV, only one part was "watchable".
Overall:
5/10- Mediocre...but if you really suffer from insomnia you´ll watch this in no time. I wish it was better developed, it could be a very interesting title...

First things first: This series is based on a novel written by Bakin, in the 19th century.
The story is impressive: The Satomi clan is almost faded to die of starvation, so they ask for help to the Anzai clan. Instead of helping, the possessed clan leader attacks the Satomi. So the Satomi flee for their survival.
One night, Yoshizane, the Satomi leader, says to Yatsufusa, their dog, that if he brings back the head of their enemy he will give the dog his daughter´s hand in marriage.
So as promised, Yatsufusa brings the head of Kagetsura to the Satomi Clan. After forced to assume his obligation
...
towards the dog, Yoshizane tells princess Fuse the truth. But Fuse was already engaged to Daisuke, one of the most loyal men to Satomi.
Then Fuse accepts keeping her father´s promisses, marrying Yatsufusa.
Daisuke finds out about the secret marriage and rushes to get his revenge of the dog.
By the hands of Destiny, Fuse gets pregnant of Yatsufusa, even though they never had any close encounter.
Daisuke finds the dog and the princess and shoots Yatsufusa, but the shot hits Fuse as well.
So, Fuse holding her buddhist rosary decides to open her belly out. By doing so she spreads eight beads and the souls of the cursed offspring.
Those eight souls reincarnate as humans, and each single one of them has a bead with a virtue written in it. They are the Hakkenshi, the eight dog-warriors.
The soundtrack is excelent: it got a bit old, because of the year that the series was created...but it is very japanese...the opening "Aka-Fusha" or "Red Pinwheel" is fantastic!
The characters are very well explored, and each drama reveals itself a part of the cursed destiny of those eight souls.
The art is very good at most of episodes, except for epis 4 and 10, that are hideous. The final episodes are amazingly beautiful, returning to the quality of the first ones. That happened because it wasn´t made by one director only...several directors tried to do their sequel to the series...so some are perfect and others aren´t so good.
Overall, this is an excelent example of the way japanese classics are. Breathtaking, well told, this tale of the dog warriors is a must see!

Rurouni Kenshin is one of the best anime I´ve ever seen. The way the story is being telled is exactly like the manga, except for a few sagas, not included in the manga. The artwork is very good, even though in some episodes the quality falls a bit. The soundtrack is amazing, and the characters are well made, full of personality, specially for Kenshin. The series has prooved itself full of energy and quality! A must see!
