Black Clover and Bleach are shonens with typical shonen stamps, I don't want to talk about them here. Instead, I'd mention that both series have amazing characters that are fun to watch. Both stories have good villains and untypically for shonens actually good plot. Also both main characters are incredibly overpowered swordsmans who just want to help their friends. The sense of humour in both anime is similar too, ranging from poop and butt jokes to really smart and funny ones. Finally, two of the shonens are really interesting to watch, but you need to give them some time.

Both are small original drramas with time travel. Both shows are segmented in short 1-2 episode stories with main characters helping/saving others using their knowledge of future events. Another similar thing is focusing on different side characters each episode and telling their story, but not forgetting about main character's development. And finaly in both shows some of this as seemed "one episode characters" return in the later episodes with new development.

Both are shounens with main characters grew up without their parents and stating their goals in the first episodes. Both shows are very long and are split in arcs with the biggest one being the best. The two of them provide large amount of well-written characters and have their main villain(Licht/Meruem) want to help his race. Both stories start with an exam arc and ends with an open ending, hinting at a sequel. Another similar thing they have is character rage moments at which protagonist gets unbelievably strong. Finaly, HxH and Black Clover are the rare examples of shounens with actually good plot, which is rare for genre.
