I'll be the devil's advocate here and say that this show is actually okay. Not good, not bad, just okay. It's actually pretty okay in terms of its art. Its soundtrack, which it barely has, feels somehow enough for this short. It didn't feel boring at all. Furthermore, it felt like a random chapter of Shimeji Simulation with its oddities and weirdness. If anything, its only real problem is the use of lolis as the main characters. I feel like this is where most, if not all, of the controversy surrounding the show comes from. I'm not going to defend its pretty blatant pedophilia here ... but still, are we really going to spoil tears over a simple anime when we could do something greater in the real world. In an age where people sacrifice their happiness just to be part of a majority, we must ask ourselves why we do such a thing. Did we really choose to rate things as bad just because others said so. Do we really have a choice in this or do we keep following the herd lest we be outcast from it.

In any case I have seen worse and better than this and I do believe that we should re-evaluate our views on this anime. This anime is, in my opinion, objectively better by some magnitude than Valkyrie drive which sits at a score almost twice that of this, and as good as Yuru Yuri, just, more deeper, perverted and shorter than that.
