They are both seinen with a lot of character development, and they both seem to have the same feel to it, altough Vinland Saga has more action and Otoyomegatari is more romance focused.

Both are really good supernatural/romance/drama with really beautifull main heroines both of them being pale and raven-haired and both with a satisfying ending

Both MC give the same vibe of not being surprised with death and violence and both manga give a kinda twisted cool vibe

If you liked Tokyo Ghoul add

...then you might like Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu add

Both are horror animes with quite the amount of blood and a twist in the main characters life in wich both do not fully become the "monsters" in each respective anime and each of them try not to "fall" to the level of true monsters in a very psichological way.

Its kind of a love story about some regular guy and supernatural long black haired bishoujo with a nice art and good storyline
