It has all the things I love about a great parody. I will admit it's an acquired taste and not for everybody. Especially if you take the original show too seriously. I loved it. It was good comic relief when I wanted to watch something lighter.

The characters are designed as chibis, the art style is adorable and their personalities are them but slightly exaggerated. They are middle school students and instead of the titans eating people they are stalking their lunches. I found that to be a fun twist. You may like it if you keep a light heart.

I enjoyed this so much. The aspect of the police having to solve a puzzle to stop the bombs was interesting to me even though I have seen it before. So not a new troupe but well executed.

The story behind the 2 main characters 12 & 9 was heart wrenching. My emotions went from unsure, to on the side of the boys, to confused whose side I should be on. It did get a bit predictable in the beginning of the 10th episode but I dealt with it. It didn't take away from the work as a whole.

If you are like me and enjoy ... a good psychological thriller you may enjoy it too. But a warning to you if you are with a name to the show the headphones on the explosions get really loud and can hurt your ears.
