This review is based on my personal views as someone who read the novel.
The adaptation into an anime was horrible animation wise and the fight scenes looks laggy with inconsistent movements and action.
Moreover, the story got reduced and many parts got removed in order to rush towards the 12 episodes which could have easily reached the 24 count if done with proper animation and story telling.
Adding to that, episode 12 fight against the black knight has extremely bad dialogue transitioning between the MC and his opponent which is used to not include the fighting due to the lack of fluid movement.
Overall I give the anime
