Of note, this is a subtle comedy manga that expresses concise & relatable humour that doesn't demand a high reference level, nor the excessive inclusion of puns, nor any overuse of slapstick.
What you get is a charming slice of life story, with a focus on chores, camping, recipes, sharing food with friends, and the joy of slowly getting to know people.
With few intrigues, those intrigues that this story does present are captivating and successfully hook the plot together neatly.

This is a reincarnation isekai; however, you might lose track given how rarely it comes up.
This follows the distressingly common trope of purchasing slaves to fill out the protagonist's party. Surprisingly, there is a plot and something being built up, but the intrigue and twists don't add a lot of novelty or any significant character developments. There's not as much to look at; the scenery and set pieces are probably the weakest aspects of this work. Our protagonist's superpower is enchanting, and he can raise stats on anyone with equipment. This is an incredibly slow-paced series. Its glacial pace drags out the first thirty chapters.
Established by this is a complex relationship between multiple factions that spreads itself thin, and delivers little in substance or philosophy. Our main character, Lore [Roa], is uncomplicated and has difficulty expressing himself. The premise relies on an apprenticeship system dictating one's path as an adventurer, with ruthless discrimination towards those that haven't or weren't able to complete an apprenticeship. Art is a happy average. The supporting characters get very little time or focus towards their development; there's an incredible focus instead on intrigue. Our characters are plain but likable.
