This’ll sound like really dumb recommendation but the age gap romance thing is still present. Fine junjou romantica is a shounen ai but it explores the story of 4 couples, 3 of which have a big age gap. Biggest age difference is 17 years I think. It’s genuinely an adorable anime and it’s one where the people actually get together so I love it
